⚠️ WARNING ABOUT BROOKS PEST CONTROL ⚠️ I feel the need to warn others about my experience with Brooks Pest Control. They sign you up with a “low” $59/month plan that sounds affordable and simple. What is NOT made clear upfront is what happens when you try to cancel. Even after following their cancellation process and being told it was taken care of, I was STILL charged the monthly fee again… and then hit with a $291 cancellation fee. That is completely unacceptable and feels very misleading. This is not transparent business. It feels like you’re easy to get in, but very expensive and difficult to get out. Please read everything carefully before signing anything with them. Don’t assume canceling means the charges stop. Just sharing so others don’t get stuck in the same situation.

These guys are really the best there is. I hate bees! Wasps, yellow jackets, bumbles, you name it. A lot of wooden structures around our place and the bees are constantly moving in, to places I would rather them not. I couldn't even get in to my tool shed. I told this fella all about them and he was there. With promptness and professionalism. He came quickly and handled those pesky nuisances with ease. Problem solved!
