Yes, nice door to door salesperson. Yes, friendly tech showed up to complete work. TERRIBLE CONTRACT !! Locked in for 1 year, overcharged for service ($70/mo), even though they only service 4 times/yr. Cancellatuon Fee is half of the contract, even if you have already paid for half of the contract, so you might as well finish the year and at least get the service. Utterly disappointed and would not recommend. Read the contact throughly as Insight commits you to 12 months of pest control services with a $300 fee to cancel early. I live in a residential home and only needed service for the summer primarily. I typically use Orkin, which I highly recommend but went with Insight because a rep came to my house. Don’t make the mistake I made and just call Orkin. To compound matters I had already been charged ahead of time for service and they went ahead and cha
