I have been using your service for the past six months, but the rat infestation has actually worsened during that time. The agent assigned to my property appears indifferent and performs only the bare minimum required to collect a paycheck. There is a complete lack of accountability and integrity. I contacted Terminix to determine what was needed to address the termites I was seeing swarming around my house during the end of summer 2024. The tech who did the inspection said I have subterranean termites. I was recommended a $4000 treatment, which I paid because I was terrified my house was being eaten. Summer of 2025 the termites came back even earlier and I finally learned that I actually have dampwood termites (which Terminix does not offer treatments for and reside in rotting wood only)
