Ecoshield with their 12 mo program includes an annual inspection (I had forgotten and the office staff called to remind me I had that free service with my package). Complete inspection inside and out, including attic and crawl space checking for any pest infestation and even pointed out 4 spots around electrical wires for my new heat pump where we had holes in wall for necessary wiring, that needed calking to prevent pests from getting inside the wall.
