I had used the same yard and tree spray company for over 30 years. They sold that part of their business to Senske. I did not receive the same results I had over the 30 years so I called to cancel at Senske. The person who took my call said she cancelled it and would be sending a credit to my credit card account since I had paid for the entire year. I did this in May 2026. I called today (7/6/26) and was put on hold 3 times getting from person to person to follow up on my unreceived credit. My cancellation had not been "finalized" previously, I was told. This was not explained by either person I talked to on my call nor on my original call. I was on the phone for 45 minutes mostly on hold to find out they hadn't even cancelled my service completely! The third person who answered finally (she got my request done!!), said they would send my cancellation to Finance. I should expect my credit "soon". Their customer service and phone service is lacking to say the least. I had a new spray company come to my house and my problems in my yard were quickly solved. I am glad I made the change! ***I am holding for who knows how long again on the phone with Senske waiting still, a week later, to talk to Finance because I STILL have NOT received my credit!!
