This review is difficult because it is two parts: the service crew and technicians were exceptional. They communicated clearly and did good work. However, the central office is greed filled and difficult to work with. We have been a customer for six years and I previously left a 5-star review. Our family has relocated and I was bummed to be leaving Saela behind. When I called to cancel, one of the first things they told me was it will be a $400 termination fee. I had a service scheduled today between 8 am and 12 pm. No one came and I did not get a call. I called customer service to resolve- was told I would get a call back with a resolution. I did not get a call back. At almost 8pm A tall young black guy with acne just rang my door bell and was pushy with his sales tactics.
