Excellent service. Very attentive to our concerns of seeing some ants and ensured the exterior spray was completed to deter the ants from entering the house. Completed the quarterly service.
Jeff was friendly and professional in all aspects of servicing our home. He clearly explained what he was going to do and how the service worked. I felt reassured that we were taken care of and could call with any additional questions or issues if they come up.
Great service, he went above and beyond checking our garage for issues.
Jeff was prepared and thorough. This was an initial visit. He made several inspections, ie., foundation, attic, crawl space and throughout the house. He treated several areas and cleaned the wasp nests from the overhang.

Terrible! They didn’t show up twice because the technician was sick. No heads up whatsoever.
The pest guy was acting super strange. Very anxious, and when we were able to go into our home our things that had no reason to be touched or moved were. We found an expensive item of ours that was hidden under some things on the couch moved onto the top shelf of our bathroom, we couldn’t find it for days, thought it was stolen, it was very odd. One of our friends thinks he could have moved it to steal it if we called them back for regular maintenance. I’m more wary of people in our house now, just a weird experience.

Just horrendous. Don’t waste your time or money. This is not pest control. This is pest control for people who want to say they have something but it doesn’t actually do anything to effectively address pest control problems. The service tech will be there no more than 5 minutes and will do everything possible to not communicate with you or be there when you are. By “offering to help” they literally offered to charge double to do what anyone would expect to provide the most basic level of service possible. If you have this company come out they will maybe spray a few bushes, leave you with a bill higher than your utilities and then run before you get to speak with them. If you expected them to assess and respond to a pest control problem you are sadly calling the wrong company. They do not know how to provide this service. Kitsap you deserve better. I don’t want to see these trucks around next year. Tell them this is garbage with your wallet.

In early August we offered to have a technician return to rectify any issues and clear up any miscommunications that may have occurred on our part, had a technician reach out when he was in the area to see if we could assist, and provided information to help with pest concerns as requested. If we can further assist, we would be happy to do so.
They silently cancelled my 'warranty' for on-call pest management for having ordinary house shrubs along the house. This entire time, I have been paying for a non-existent service without any notification that my shrubs violate the 'fine print'. They were 'nice' and offered a $150 fee instead of the 'typical $300+ fee' to make sure I cut a few shrubs back to stamp my warranty back on, wait 3 months to deal with my current problem (which wasn't even related to the house + shrubs), or cancel if I was 'dissatisfied'. Avoid at all costs, they do not treat their customers right when they need them most.
I had a terrible experience with Sunrise. They could have done everything needed in one visit but they said they needed 4 visits and nickle-and-dimed me to death. Then they incorrectly billed me. it was the most frustrating experience in my life as a home owner that has multiple rentals. They have lost me forever as a client.
This review is for my grandmother Joan Vogt. We had the do a service and asked the guy to go around our shed. He said it wasn't on his agenda and did not offer an additional cost to do the work. Today I went around the backside of the shed and was stung several time from bee's nest that was there. These guys are not efficient or willing to offer any other work out side the call description. I would call a service willing to provide a service and take care of thier customers needs.

Good afternoon, Ryan. Sorry to hear that you were stung recently. Reviewing the recent service, it appears that our technician did treat around the shed area. However, when it comes to bees and wasp, we have to have a nest to treat for there to be any effective reduction in activity. We have reached out to Joan to review services. Hello Amanda,<br>Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that services did not meet with your expectations. In looking over your account, due to the construction of the home, we would be unable to physically block rodents from getting into the home, but we do have exterior bait station units (which were declined for your service) that, in conjunction with the interior trapping, we believe could help out your situation. In circumstances where a home's construction precludes us from sealing critters out, the next best defense is a combination of trapping and exterior mitigation. Should you wish to resume services or have any questions, we're here to help.
there employees are knowledge in how to do the job but the warranty is not explained in full so that you wont be able to use it and have to keep paying with every visit. his is in contrast in that they offer free follow ups to ensure the ants are gone.

Hello Adam. Thank you for reaching out. Looking over your account, we conducted a service in July and did a warrantied service for you also in September. I do not see that you had signed on for one of our periodic maintenance services that would be eligible for further warranties. Were you looking to get onto a recurring maintenance service for pest activity? We'd be happy to discuss options.
When I called to request a quote whoever answered the phone did not speak clearly. I recommend seeking out a different provider who has communication skills strong enough for a business phone call.
