I paid close to $250 dollars for them to come out for a one time visit and spray for bugs with an emphasis on the spiders located on our back porch. We had a carpenter ant infestation that started last week, completely out of the blue. I called Sound Pest Control on Monday, and they were able to send someone out to my house on Thursday. Born was very personable and professional, explaining every step he would take and why it was important. 30 years after building my home, I needed extensive work done in my crawl space. Rats had torn down insulation and chewed through my heat duct, leaving an unsanitary mess. First review: (see update below) Safe Home come out to estimate the cost to clean the air ducts in my 14'X40' mother in law unit. This home has only 4 vents in the whole place, it consists on a living room-kitchen combo, a small bathroom and a small bedroom. They quoted us $1,440 just to clear out the vents. I'm sorry but that is just outrageous, there is 1 main duct with a couple short legs to the 4 vents. How can you justify that much money for such a small job? UPDATE 1: changed from 1 star
