I never write negative reviews but I feel fairly disappointed in the level of service received. I paid close to $250 dollars for them to come out for a one time visit and spray for bugs with an emphasis on the spiders located on our back porch. I’m not even sure if they had even sprayed the entire perimeter and if they did, had not put the attention to detail they had noted in their report. The tech rang my door around 8:07am. We had a carpenter ant infestation that started last week, completely out of the blue. I called Sound Pest Control on Monday, and they were able to send someone out to my house on Thursday. Born was very personable and professional, explaining every step he would take and why it was important. He injected poison into the walls of the house where the colony had set up residence, sprayed in the crawl space, and did a perimeter spray. Boy, was that effective! 30 years after building my home, I needed extensive work done in my crawl space. Rats had torn down insulation and chewed through my heat duct, leaving an unsanitary mess. Matthew, Michael, and Jeremy from A Better Crawl did a terrific job cleaning out the crawl space and installing new insulation on the pipes and in the floor. Very pleased with the whole experience. Friendly Shanna setup the appointment and was great communicating through the whole process. The quote was fair exactly what I paid without the common “Bainbridge Tax” (if you know, you know) The crew that showed up was professional and courteous. They were like friendly moles in my crawl space digging trenches and bringing joy. They left zero mess, not a fingerprint and I am not sure, but I think they may have nicely folded the towel in my restroom. Craw

First review: (see update below) Safe Home come out to estimate the cost to clean the air ducts in my 14'X40' mother in law unit. This home has only 4 vents in the whole place, it consists on a living room-kitchen combo, a small bathroom and a small bedroom. They quoted us $1,440 just to clear out the vents. I'm sorry but that is just outrageous, there is 1 main duct with a couple short legs to the 4 vents. How can you justify that much money for such a small job? UPDATE 1: changed from 1 star
