Just said goodbye to Jeremy, Michael and Zach who worked on our cellar and crawlspace for 7 hours and left it clean and odor-free. They went above and beyond replacing some insulation around our ducts with a better material and were careful about pest-proofing the space. My wife who doesn't often deal with contractors and craftspeople mostly interacted with them and commented several times about how pleasant and professional they were.

Awesome small family owned business!

30 years after building my home, I needed extensive work done in my crawl space. Rats had torn down insulation and chewed through my heat duct, leaving an unsanitary mess. Matthew, Michael, and Jeremy from A Better Crawl did a terrific job cleaning out the crawl space and installing new insulation on the pipes and in the floor. They also installed stronger screens on all the vents, sealed entry spots that rodents were using, and built a secure hatch that would keep rodents from getting under the house. They were polite and professional at all times, keeping me informed of the progress they were making. They even finished the job a day early, which was appreciated. The before and after pictures they provided assured me that my crawl space was secure and clean. The cost was reasonable and the work done right. I would recommend A Better Crawl to anyone needing their services.

We are sooooo impressed by The Better Crawl Company and their professionalism with warmth and beyond shown to us for the past two work jobs : the first work /job was repair of extensive damage done by a river otter family to our crawl space which took 3 days last year, and this year's repair was damage done by squirrels to our Well /pump House. Had A Better Crawl out to add insulation to a portion of our attic that was bare as well as top off the entire attic, the house is noticeably warmer! They were competitively priced, showed up on time and left the house and yard spotless despite spending hours blowing insulation into the attic. Can not recommend them enough!

Very pleased with the whole experience. Friendly Shanna setup the appointment and was great communicating through the whole process. The quote was fair exactly what I paid without the common “Bainbridge Tax” (if you know, you know) The crew that showed up was professional and courteous. They were like friendly moles in my crawl space digging trenches and bringing joy. They left zero mess, not a fingerprint and I am not sure, but I think they may have nicely folded the towel in my restroom. Crawl is dry, clean and much better and I no longer get the heebie jeebies going down there. Great family run local business!
