Well that felt like a trap. Two months later we are paying $80 a month and still have ants if not more.
Ryan did an amazing job. He is super thorough and blocked all access to my crawl space so no little critters can get in. Thank you!!

Justen , today's service guy provided thorough service today. He took care of internal spraying for the ants resurfacing in the Spring time . He also replenished the rat bait boxes as well. Thank you Justen!

Mike provided great service and some recommendations for me to do between quarterly services. Mike has been doing our service since we moved in and always friendly, professional and informative. They both came back out a week after our scheduled service to apply what they use for taking care of the moles in our yard. We've been pest free in the home and haven't seen any issues outside our first year in our home. Thanks!

Very dissatisfied with this company. Had to sign a year contract and I still have a rodent problem. When I canceled they continued charging me. Would not recommend.

The staff is friendly enough, but if you have a rat problem, they will leave you hanging for days, leaving your house smelling with the stanch of decaying bodies while it fills up with flies. They have a lot of excuses and provide little assistance, often breaking promises and not returning calls. I would not recommend.

My husband and I had a very friendly salesman convince us to go with Insight in July, and since they had so many good reviews we felt it was a decent option. Now halfway through our contracted year we are moving, and it will cost $530 to cancel our services. It's actually more expensive to cancel than it is to continue paying them for the rest of the year, even though we will no longer own the house or even live in the state. We're pretty gobsmacked. It might be different if we had noticed any positive changes, but we still see ant activity, and we still regularly catch mice. The last time we had a guy out he told us there was no rodent activity, but we caught 3 mice that same week. Overall a very expensive mistake on our part.

Pushy door-to-door sales with no regard for no-soliciting signs. No regard for requests to remove the address from the knock list. This is several years in a row they've hit my neighborhood. I still don't need or want your services, stop waking me up, please.

I had canceled the service. Had another company come out then you guys came out like the day after two days after I was told I would not be charged but I was also, I still have kitchen ants and one of the reasons I quit is because I had to figure out how to get rid of them because you guys did not help me before.

Do your homework before choosing this company! The initial contact made it sound like they perform a monthly service but they do not! You are billed every month for quarterly service. Yes, they will come back and retreat! The problem, two treatments and the pest problem only got worse. Better Business Bureau, which they are not members, rates this company “F”. I should have known better when the salesman started out only $99 down and $99/month but kept lowering the monthly payment to $59/month. Oh yes, add sales tax. $780 per year! I have found a slew of pest companies much cheaper. Please take time and read all of the negative reviews. The penalty for early termination is $289 plus tax. $99 down $59 monthly fee $308 This very big mistake cost me $466. Of course by not paying the rest of the installments saved me $396! Do your homework, don’t make the same mistake I made.

I'm sorry that you misunderstood how our services work, we try to make sure everything is understood up front. We were members of the BBB with an A+ rating, and earlier this year they separated our branch from the corporate branch without informing us. We are currently working with the BBB to figure out if they will be re-connecting the page or if we will need to start building a brand new BBB account. Our Google pages for all of our locations is more up to date.<br><br>We don't claim to be the cheapest pest control company, but we work at being the best service brand in the northwest. We find that providing responsive service, the right products for different concerns, and continuous training among other things costs more, but we are proud that most of our customers are happy to receive top tier service at a fair price. We understand if another company is the right fit for you, but if there is anything we are able to help you with please reach out to us. Thank you for your feedback.
Salesman showed up at my house at 815 pm wanting to know if I wanted an inspection. When I told him it was a little late at night to be coming to our door, he said "well I have a job to do". Will never use this company if this is how they run their business.

My wife spoke with one of your pest control technicians about small ants in the house and informed her that they would spray more on that side of the house. Also that they would leave some ant traps before they leave which they didnt. My wife has just told me that there is more little ants in the kitchen area of the house. Can you make this right?
