Excellent communication before and after service. He comes when he says he will. And he explains why he does what he does to prevent ants from coming into the house. And my house is pest free.

Andrew has been our service provider for over a decade! He is courteous, knowledgeable and does a thorough job every time. We've even had between service wasp activity that Termanix has taken care of for us quickly and with no extra charges! I am a loyal customer. *UPDATE* After having the same faithful tech for more than a decade, we found out he left the company. Since then our experience has drastically changed. We haven't gotten the same person twice, we've had 2 separate cancelations and no rescheduled times. They've also HOUNDED me by phone to renew an added service. I'm seriously considering telling the next fly by night LDS bug co. that comes through the neighborhood that I'm switching to them. It's true that the employees make the company.

Driver with license plate 61C was driving over 50 in a 25...won't do business with a company that employees drivers this reckless in a park zone . Saturday morning on May 23

First time that my service was horrible. First, I didn’t receive a text letting me know the service date. When he showed up, he treated our neighbors yard. When our neighbors asked what he was doing on their property through their ring security system. Then he rang our doorbell. Advised I didn’t know he was coming that day. He apologized and said he had forgotten. I said go ahead. Less than 5 minutes later, received a text that he was done. Then our card was charged $192. Problem is, a new tech everytime there is a treatment. Contacted Terminex asking to speak with our tech’s manager. It’s been about 5 days since I made the first call and 2 days since I made the second call. Cancelled the service after 15 years.
