We asked them to fill the holes we found and they said they used up the material to fill them and we had to give them the material we bought online. They claimed my crawl space is too small. Dante was great! He was very professional and patient in explaining the service, not pushy at all. We’ve never had a pest service for our ant problem but signed up for the quarterly service (they come back in 2 weeks and spray outside again). I was worried about spraying in the house but the attachment is a straw-like nozzle and is only done along the baseboard cracks. I highly recommend Cascade!
