Dante was great! He was very professional and patient in explaining the service, not pushy at all. We’ve never had a pest service for our ant problem but signed up for the quarterly service (they come back in 2 weeks and spray outside again). I was worried about spraying in the house but the attachment is a straw-like nozzle and is only done along the baseboard cracks. I highly recommend Cascade!

Mathew S was the person spraying for ants at my house. He did not call before arriving at the house so I had no clue he had arrived. He then spend a total of 7 mins spraying pesticides around the house and left without trying to contact me again to see if I had problem areas of concern. All that to be charged $143. I would not recommend cascade and especially Mathew

This has nothing to do with Michael, but feedback for the company. We were never told that someone would be coming back to remove the bait stations and I do believe you’re supposed to give property owners notice before you enter their property so that’s just feedback for the company has nothing to do with Michael. We just happened to be home as we have guests.
