Insight pest control has been great. We've been battling sugar ants. I finally had to call in the big guns :) get professional on those critters. Insight has great reviews, and they did not disappoint. Very professional, knowledgeable , friendly. They communicated well with me. When I spotted a few ants in a spot they hadn't been, Insight came that day to deal with them. Its actually Insight pest solutions, not control. We had Allyn come today. He did a great job! Im pleased with this company.

We have a monthly price with insight a I'm nd anytime I've had issues I call them and they send somebody out. Michael, who came on the last visit was amazing. With the mice situation he seems to have great knowledge on everything. I asked him .he was efficient, clean and well done

Brody showed up and did the minimum. He did not come in the house and check the ant traps. Told me just to put them in my junk drawer if I didn't see ants. He checked for rodents and explained Insight doesn't do flying types of bugs which I didn't understand when I signed your contract.
The company and especially the technician, Jorge, are helpful and easy to work with. I don't have any invasive ants anymore. This is a non toxic method, too, which so very important to me. This is pet safe too.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMY BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! They will act professional until it comes time to cancelling your service! I had my service put on hold over the winter but received zero notice/reminder of when my service would resume as time neared, however they gladly charged me for the resuming service but didn't notify me. The next day, I cancelled my contract for all future service and declined the future dated service. When i asked for a refund, they denied me the refund and claimed i needed to notify them before my service resumed!!! THAT'S ILLEGAL, SINCE I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT AND DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY FUTURE DATED SERVICE. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS TO THIS COMPANY IF I COULD, EXTREMELY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!

I was reaching out to that company for mouse infestation issue at my house. The technician showed no interest in solving the real issues. They put out some mouse traps and boxes out there only. We asked them to fill the holes we found and they said they used up the material to fill them and we had to give them the material we bought online. They claimed my crawl space is too small. Only on the fourth visit did the technician entered the crawl space and quickly checked like a couple of minutes. No check on the attic at all. I am now put on some subscription plan without my consent . Canceling the service also became a nightmare and they kept saying someone will call me back and it never happened. Then they charged me for 534 dollars for canceling their service. A total scam.

It's important to note that the products we use are professional-grade and require a license to purchase and use them. Placing bait stations and traps allows us to assess activity on your property accurately. Some crawl spaces are too small for some of our technicians to enter safely. However, during a visual inspection, your crawlspace was also found clean and free of rodent activity.<br>Additionally, you should know that we do not treat attics. This is because these areas are often left unfinished, posing safety hazards to our technicians. Permanently eliminating rodents takes time. Patience is the most essential thing to remember when treating them.<br>To address your concerns regarding our service agreement, please check your email. Insight pest solutions is a scam and they are cheats. I spoke with someone about their service and NEVER SIGNED. They sent someone to my house and sprayed without me signing a contract. Now they are trying to bill me. They are a complete scam and will take legal action if they don’t make right.

Update: I wanted to come back on here and note that we have cancelled our service. With over a year of top of the line plan and services we still are fighting sugar ants. Insight has a great system to encourage good reviews. But unfortunately when we needed a manager it took almost 3 weeks to get support and by then the ants were back in our house. And the manager who did show up told me that every living thing has the right to live. No joke. At this point we will be looking for other alternatives. I can’t get over the feeling that our treatments kept the ants at bay only so we would continue with the monthly plan.

While our goal is always to keep pests from entering your home, it's true that completely eradicating every insect outdoors is not possible, especially while using safe, eco-friendly products. I apologize if our manager’s comment about respecting life came across as dismissive. Our approach to pest management prioritizes both your comfort and environmental balance, but we understand that the message may have felt out of place given your concerns. Because our products are designed to break down over time with minimal environmental impact, we come on a quarterly schedule to reapply them to maintain effectiveness. Our service is focused on pest control rather than full elimination, which ensures a protective barrier while remaining safe. We are grateful for your loyalty over the past year and your feedback will help us continue improving our service for you and all our customers. These guys were awesome. We had a HUGE wasp nest in a crawl space and they nuked it - great attitudes and friendly to boot! Update- had to amend my review as we were promised by techs that they’d come remove the nest. They canceled their appt with us and so now we have to find someone else to remove it. Creating a huge hassle right before a construction project.

We requested ants treatment since technician who came for quarterly service was not able to do it. After 5 weeks with no appointment in sight we canceled our subscription. In 2 years we had 2 requests, first time we waited two months for wasps nest removal, now we didn't get appointment after 5 weeks.

I had a terrible experience with them due to their outrageously high charges. Their pricing was completely unreasonable, leaving me feeling cheated and deceived.

Update: My provider is based in Thurston county so if you have a different provider results may vary. Requested a call out to check for possible termite issues. The tech showed up and told us he wasn't trained in structural termite control and he'd reschedule the appointment. When asked why he came out if he wasn't trained, I guess that was too aggressive and they went back to HQ and told them we refused service and are to hostile to work with. I'm sorry we hurt your feelings, I'll have warm milk for you next time. Also telling then we refused service doesn't work when you can't perform it in the first place. TLDR: Would not recommend. Not worth the money for what's done, and I've had problems with the employees being unprofessional.

Work was very quick and not detailed. Showed up for a follow without being asked to come back. Just showed up randomly. Tried billing an ongoing charge. Overall very poor experience
