We had Attic Doctor (Chris) come out Friday for a free quote on our attic and crawl space. We have been dealing with rats for several years, but kept putting off the work. We even got a few quotes from other local businesses. Chris was awesome, made recommendations, and schedule a crew to arrive 2 days later. Woody's crew arrived at 0830 and worked until the entire job was finished around 1730. They were extremely communicative and did great work. Attic Doctor was recommended by our close friends and I recommend them to others. Pricing was competitive. Communication was great. The work was stellar.

Jay, Brennan, Woody and the rest of the team at attic doctor did an amazing job identifying issues in our attic, clearly explaining the options, and fixing them. I can’t recommend this company enough, and I will be a lifelong customer yeah looks good for any future work that needs to be done in my attic.

Attic Doctor did an incredible job clearing out old insulation, fixing our mold issues, and installing new insulation. Very professional. Jay is especially helpful on the phone and reasonable with pricing! Highly recommend their service.

Very smooth process from beginning to end. Jay came out & did a thorough inspection. He gave me a price & even though the project was more challenging than he thought, he honored that price. His workers were respectful of my property & did their best to take good care of my home. I got a few quotes from other companies & Attic Doctor was the only one that would give any type of warranty. It’s been almost a year since they did the work & it’s still looking great. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jay and his team are wonderful! We had a horrible experience with our contractor and mold formed very quickly in our brand new attic. Not only did Jay and his team fix it, they move extremely fast so we weren't out any more time. I can't recommend them enough! Their pricing is fair too!

Lucky for us the Attic Doctor makes house calls and isn’t afraid to take on difficult operations! In two busy days our attic and crawl were transformed by skilled operators that did the difficult with a smile! Our Crawlspace was a mess of droppings and fallen insulation without much headspace so crawl they must, and they turned it into a pristine palace! The thicker plastic they installed is white and clean making a visit down there much more inviting! Our attic had its own problems with rat feces and black mold from excessive moisture! They sucked all the old blow-in insulation out, sealed the access points for the rats, treated and eliminated the mold, installed four attic vents to let moisture out in the future and put in clean new insulation! They kept things clean with plastic sheeting inside our house and cleaned it all out and vacuumed the floors better than we have done in a while! If your house is ailing, I recommend you call the attic doctor!

Attic Doctor just completed fixing all of our soffits and adding insulation to the areas that were lacking. We could not be more pleased with the service. We had 3 other companies come to bid and Attic Doctor was by far the most honest and affordable.

Talk about attention to detail, this company made sure that my vaulted ceiling was properly insulated code. After they left you could not tell they were there they were very tidy, courteous, efficient with their time, and offered great communication. Fair pricing was the bonus!

These guys were THE BEST!! Very professional and thorough! They set out traps and came back twice to check on them. All my concerns were addressed and they just wanted me happy. Must read based off our experience! My husband and I had called them. For new insulation estimate. After having them out to our home. They said we had multiple issues in our home other than the insulation. They informed us that we have a major mold issue and rodents. After informing the sales guy that was not why we called you here. He continues to push on selling a mold and rodent package. My husband is from the south. He knows what mold looks like. That said. We will not go with this company. Attempted bad sales tactics and pray on the elderly. We are retired and on a fixed income.

This company should not pretend to be a remediation company. They know nothing about mold and how to treat it properly. Ruining people's attics and taking advantage of the elderly using the fear of mold.

I had a terrible experience with this company regarding an attic mold inspection. Immediately upon entering, the technician made unprofessional assumptions, stating that because my house was built in 2008, the quality was inherently "bad." While I observed only a small amount of mold in one specific area, the technician exaggerated the issue, claiming there was "so much mold" throughout. When I asked to see the photos he claimed to have taken to prove this, he refused to show them to me on-site. He gave a verbal estimate of around $10,000 and promised to email the photos and formal quote within a day. It has now been over a week. Despite multiple follow-up calls from my end, they have not provided a single photo or the quote. I cannot recommend a company that uses scare tactics, lacks transparency, and fails to communicate.

Attic Doctor did an insulation job (and air sealing) at my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and answering all my questions clearly. What really impressed me was their integrity. During installation, they discovered several exhaust vent ducts that weren't up to code. Instead of charging extra to fix it, they corrected it for free since they hadn't caught it during the estimate. This kind of honesty is hard to find. The work itself was very thorough and well-done. The crew was professional, respectful of property, and left everything clean. Riley and Jay checked in often during the job to ensure things were being executed correctly. They clearly take pride in their work. If you need attic insulation in the area, I highly recommend Attic Doctor! They combine great quality work with honest business practices. I would definitely use them again.

Attic Doctor helped with mold removal in my attic, and the whole experience was excellent. Jay and his team were great to work with from start to finish. Jay was very responsive and clearly explained the issue and the steps they would take, and the pricing was much more reasonable compared to other companies I contacted. His team worked efficiently, and did a thorough job. They were professional and respectful throughout the process. I also really appreciated that Jay provided detailed before-and-after photos, which made it easy to see the original condition and exactly what was cleaned and removed. I’m very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend Attic Doctor.

**Updating my review after 8+ months of having the project complete** The "sealing" they did in our attic wasn't sufficient--we now have mud dauber wasps building extensive nests in our attic. The mesh screens the Attic Doctor team installed over the venting holes are much too large and allow pests to enter. I contacted them about the issue, since Jay said "call us any time if anything comes up", and over a week later still haven't heard back...Now we have to get the nests removed and figure out how to seal up the soffit vents ourselves. Our house also used to stay within a 15 degree temperature range without the HVAC system on and didn't really go above 75 or below 60. But since installing the new insulation, the inside temperature isn't much different from the outside temp. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A leak from our roof into the attic and subsequently the microwave by way of the range hood vent prompted us to finally explore the attic of our newly purchased 1974 home. What we found was all kinds of questionable things from water stains to toxic loose-fill insulation and many openings/cracks for water and rodents to potentially enter. The owner Jay is very involved from the inspection process to the final walkthrough after the work is finished. He was very responsive and receptive to concerns and questions. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job and prioritizing the customer experience above all else! The Attic Doctor team worked fast and efficiently to vacuum out all of the old blown-in insulation, remove any mold, seal up all of the cracks and crevices, and installed more eco-friendly EcoBatt insulation--all while keeping the rest of the house protected during the whole process :) (My *only* critique is that the cleaner they use, Fabuloso, has a strong scent, but I'm sensitive to fragrances. Thankfully it dissipated by morning--but a scent-free option would be great!)
