Yes, this is the service to use. Before arriving to your house the technician will sent you an email then they will message you letting you know they have arrived then they were come to your door and ring your doorbell and ask you is there any issues and then they will provide the excellence service. Have not seen a spider or any unwanted creature in my house. I’ve been using this service for 3 years happy with the service and the monthly plan.

Marlen, our HOMETEAM technician was cordial and completed her tasks with care. She answered my question on the one baby spider that entered the house. She also suggested that if I see any more spiders to call the officeknowledgeable and friendly upon arrival.

Friendly staff - Great value - Super service

I have had long-term termite monitoring service and have been a customer for years. On the plus side, they have shown up m reliably for regular checks, and have been very fast/responsive on rare occasions when I've called to ask them to check out any specific pest issues. They don't seem to be very proactive about replacing monitoring stations that are more than a decade old and have broken down, so I'd like to see them do better on that. Also, although I always pay my bills, multiple times over the past two years they have called me by phone to ask about "unpaid bills" in instances when their invoices haven't even yet reached me via mail, so there seems to be a persistent disconnect between whoever keeps their accounts and whoever handles their billing process. (My thought is, if you want the customer to pay you, just send them an invoice and give them a few days to turn it around with a payment, rather than having your employees spend time calling customers to nudge them for a payment for which they haven't even received the invoice yet.)
