I unfortunately cannot recommend this pest control company-- as a real estate agent, I requested they do an inspection for a property for a client -- and not only did they arrive 2 hours late, their report takes "2-3 days" to generate and 'upload'. When I called to check on the status, and ask why it takes 2-3 days, they human on the other end simply repeated "because it takes 2-3 days -- if you wanted an expedited report, you should have paid for it up front."
