After being quoted $9k and $6k by terminix and ehrlich - these folks explained rodent control and mitigation strategies that did not involve upselling insulation removal and replacement (which wasn’t guaranteed) to help. I quickly learned that these pest control companies that do insulation are just sales people trying to meet their quotas. Do your research and trust this team of people.
