I interviewed five companies to do extermination work for us in Hampton. Michael at Level Up was a standout for several reasons. His rates were reasonable. He was extremely personable and polite. He took time to explain his plans to us in detail, and listened carefully to our feedback. The work was completed to our satisfaction and according to plan. I intend to have him do more work for us, and highly recommend him to everyone. He is a great worker, and also extremely personable. He even gave us some lovely Christmas ornaments that he made after he finished his work in December!

Michael came to give me a second opinion after another pest control company quoted me an astronomical price. He was highly recommended, so I reached out and I’m glad I did. He was amazing. He told me there was no need for the expensive insulation work the other company insisted on. I’ve had two other pest control services come out and neither of them were able to make the problem with our roaches go away. Michael’s services are farthest from that. I came to him at a place of frustration and hopelessness because our kitchen was so overrun with roaches that if I went into the kitchen at night our entire floor would be covered with atleast 50 roaches. It’s embarrassing to admit we let it get that bad, but Michael was extremely understanding and gave us an amazing price with no commitment required and after just a couple of months we had no more. Since then I have had such piece of mind, and if I ever had any concerns I could text him and he would respond. He has to be the best service I will always come back to. We don’t have bug issues any more and I still call Michael out voluntarily because it gives me piece of mind and I know it’s money well spent. Thankyou for everything you did for our family!

Was very professional, helpful and informative. Came past his normal work hours and I really appreciated that. Inspected all of our home including the crawl space and attic. Since he came we haven’t had a big problem. And his prices are very fair.

Level Up provided professional, courteous and superior service in assisting with several problems at my residence. Michael was a pleasure to work with as he eliminated one very large hornet's nest and did a detailed inspection where he actually helped solve an HVAC issue of which I was unaware. Mike came in extremely professional and performed a preventative treatment at our home. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what we might need going forward. He even went above and beyond by removing several wasp nests—completely free of charge! He ended up removing close to five nests and did an amazing job.
