Mike was amazing!! I called first thing in the morning because I noticed fleas on my dogs and on the floor… 🤢 he was out and treating my house within 30 minutes of talking to me. So very grateful for his swift service!! He even treated the grass to help with mosquitos which have also been making it hard to enjoy the patio area. Thank you so so very much!!

Incredible and quick service from a great local company! I contacted them when we returned from vacation and they were quick to respond to our inquiry. They were able to setup our service expeditiously due to our request. They have great prices and packages! I will recommend anyone and everyone in Hampton to contact them for your pest needs! My only wish is that I started my service sooner, but that's on me! We definitely sleep better knowing we have this service now!

I have never dealt with such an efficient, kind, caring, and compassionate business. That isn't even the best part...they go over and beyond!! Small businesses are great for the honestworking man and woman. I ran across them because I as a first time homeowner ran across a rodent issue in my attic. Their response was amazing. They arrived 24 hours prior to setting up the appointfriendly and was easy to talk to. Offered me some suggestions along the way and set the bait so I could have a peace of mind. It's been quiet lately in the attic as I am terrified of any rodent that isn't a squirrel. So I am elated to have found their contact details on a Google search. Affordable and a fair price. The technician Kevin was on time, he arrived in a clean vehicle. He was eager to help me find the best solution to my problem. He was very professional and i have already recommended him to people at my job. I only rated this company five stars because it wouldn't allow me to rate them higher. if you need pest control call this company and ask for Kevin to come out and take care of your problem.

They were able to come out the next day. Fair price- didn’t try to oversell or lock in a contract I didn’t need like other places I had called. Very communicative from booking until service. SUPER friendly tech- Mike- took the time to instruct me on where the rodents were getting in from and how to prevent in the future in an affordable way. Great experience and highly recommend

What can I say.....just had Mike out for extermination for ants. VERY nice guy! Personable, friendly and was even early for the appointment, it was like talking to an old friend instead of a stranger! Got us taken care of easily and for the price they can't be beat!! I recently worked with Empire and specifically with Adam Shlyk, one of their operations manager and wanted to express how impressed I was with his service. Some clients of mine were using Empire for a Termite/Moisture Inspection letter. Some questions came up about it and I contacted Empire. Adam and I talked about the issues and he offered to meet me at our client's house that day at 2PM to look it over. We met, he looked over the property, and he backed up his man's clear letter. He even offered to come back the next day and bring anyone from the buyer's side with him under the house and do a full reinspection with them. We met the next day, went under the house together, and met the buyer's agent on site afterwards to discuss the matter. I just wanted to commend Adam for his responsivness, professionalism, and efforts towards transparency that went above and beyond for us.

They were amazing. Very professional and honest. If you need an inspection I would 100% recommend them. I’ve dealt with a few not so honest companies and it was a huge relief to find Empire.

The owner and this business is everything!!! Very respectful, responsible and honest people. Will keep using them for future problems. I discovered a couple of weeks ago that I had rats coming in my backyard. I am terrified of those things!!! I've never had to use an exterminator before as I've never had any problems of this sort so I looked at the Google reviews of various companies. I was quite impressed with Empire's reviews so I gave them a call. That was one of the best decisions I've ever made!! Adam is extremely knowledgeable and professional and answered all of my questions in great detail and believe me, I had quite a few of them! Mike came out earlier than the scheduled time and took care of everything. In less than 5 days, my rat problem was resolved and I am so relieved! The cost was amazingly affordable! I am having them come out every month now at a very reasonable price just to make sure I never have this problem again! I am so happy I called Empire and I strongly encourage anyone who needs an exterminator to give them a call. You won't be disappointed!

Adam (owner) and his technician Mike arrived right on time and performed a detailed inspection and 3 reports for a great price. They included an insect treatment and rodent blocks, both at no extra charge! Very professional and friendly. I will use them again and would highly recommend them and their services.
