This is the second time that Kareem has come to my house to provide termite treatment & prevention due to my neighbors having a huge infestation of termites. Kareem is very professional, knowledgeable, & personable. He takes his time explaining everything and shows you any issues. I called the termite company that my neighbors used and they never returned my call to schedule services. I never knew a company that states they will call you back to schedule an appointment, that was very frustrating but it all worked out because Global has me for a customer. Been a customer for many years for annual termite prevention. I highly recommend Karieem and his team. He is very knowledgable of his business and how best to protect your home. He explains everything, good and bad, respects your property, and takes the time to discuss any findings of concern along with prices and options. Two thumbs up!

Installed termite barrier around home as well as a pest barrier. The quote called for exterior and interior pest services. Was explained by Kareem the exterior barrier was good enough. Very prompt. The only item of concern was there was not adequate cleanup after concrete drilling. Good amount of dust discovered in garage when attempting to move items back in place. Completing a job is always cleaning up after work.

No long wait time for inspection and treatment. Took the time to explain to me what termites do, where they do it and treatment options. They were patient as I asked questions about chemicals used & it’s safety. A great team and I appreciate the good reliable service. I would highly recommend 👍

Discussed with owner over the phone about the previous owner having a termite contract that was rolled over to me for 1 year and the termite/insulation work he did before. Long story short, he was screaming at me over the phone about a discussion we privately had (that won't be posted unless details are requested) that I did not spark but was curious about getting to the bottom of things.

The company is prompt and provided good service. I parted ways with them because they could not provide the level of communication I required and were mildly rude. They are fine for regular spraying, but unable or unwilling to handle special requests per customer specifications.

UPDATE : initially, I thought they were great. But I have an updated review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They have awful customer service. I noticed him spraying around my plants and was worried that they would be harmful, and I asked the technician if it was bad for plants, and he paused, and looked irritated and answered, “no ma’am.” So I say, “okay.” And go inside my house. I hear him ask me about the gate to the back yard and I say, “you can open it, i just wanted to make sure you got the back yard as well,” and abruptly he stops what he’s doing and says he is going to “cancel this appointment” because he didn’t like the way I was treating him. LOL okay. I didn’t do or say anything rude, maybe he didn’t like my tone, but these are common questions. If you are looking for a professional who is polite and not easily affronted or bothered by simple questions, then do not go with this company. The technician always seems like he is in a rush anyway when he comes over so I’m glad he canceled the service and I didn’t have to pay him. I would rather give a better, kinder technician my money and time. Thanks for nothing.

My experience has been the worst i am very disappointed! He has had to come out multiple times to treat my house the 2nd time he came out he asked me if I had any Percocets because I had just given birth 2 weeks prior THEN I paid $250.00 for flea treatment AND I am still seeing fleas in my yard and house!!! This man used spray from a CAN to treat my house the same spray I got from the vet for $25.00!! Not only do I still see fleas in my house he had the nerve to go back and forth with me over the phone because he scheduled me on a holiday and told me he was doing me a favor and that he doesnt wrk on holidays. if that was the case he should not have scheduled me on memorial day! I do not reccomend this company and I am definitely going to report to the BBB! $250.00 down the drain ! I should have stuck with empire pest control but was looking for something natural since I had just had my baby. UPDATE:after this review was posted I received multiple text messages from the owner telling me he was going to SUE me over my review...and to reply to your comment I not only told you that my husband was out if two I also told you that he was on DEPLOYMENT and not once was I offered a military discount!! I told this man I saw fleas jumping on my NEWBORN BABY and still tried to tell me i did not have fleas i showed him the flea bites on me and my daughters and he STILL tried to tell me I did not have fleas when the proof was in the pudding! I will be posting pictures of our conversation because when he scheduled me on the holiday he did not tell me he didnt work on holidays! I'm sure he forgot that it was memorial day cause he told me he had a slot open at 11 on that Monday lol I'm sure the ppl that are leaving reviews all of a sudden are being asked to leave a good review from the owner because if me...they didnt even respond to the BBB wgen I reported them lol this company is a POS and will take tu our money!!

After considering Global Green for my own home, I decided I should read the reviews before making a final decision. I have to say first and foremost - in regards to your handling of unsatisfied customers you could not be any LESS profesional. I'm sure reading this you're aware of exactly what I'm referring to. Being a business owner you must take the good with the bad. It seems you take the good with ease but cannot professionally handle when a customer has a bad experience. Instead, Global Green has demonstrated pettiness and a lack of compromise or understanding toward PAYING customers who have not been completely satisfied with your services. This page is for your customers to leave reviews. It is NOT for retaliating with very personal stories in an attempt to embarrass someone who was left unsatisfied. For this reason, I do not recommend Global Green Pest Control for your pest problems unless you want to blow smoke up their metaphorical rectum.
