Called to resolve problem with insects I was having an issue with .They had taken care sent professional workers out who resolved the issue I was having.After paying 1 year contract .I requested the same treatment for the insects and WAS denied

As usual, the service that I received was top notch. Today was Justin's first time at my technician. Just like the others he was super friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My little doggy loved him too! 🙂

Justin was very meticulous in caring for my pest control needs including termite inspection, baiting rodent boxes, spraying for insect control, and addressing moisture issues, etc… He even noticed a broken pipe underneath house and possible gas leak. I highly recommend his advice and expertise. He was very professional and attentive.

Unfortunately, the gentleman who serviced my home, left the backyard gate wide open for my dog to escape.

I have no idea about what or how Wesley did his job. I was not home. This is done to prevent text messages about providing a review. 😊

So I heard good things, eh mixed reviews. The person that sold me the service was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. So was the person that actually came to do the spraying. Easily talked me into a $70/month plan with a $225 sign up fee. I got the plus plan with mosquitos, I mainly called them for mosquitoes. After the initial spray all was good for 3 weeks, still early in the spring so you wouldn’t expect that much activity, as soon as it was warm consistently, I all of a sudden was being torn alive by mosquitoes. So I called them to let them know(bought the plan cause they said they would respray) the secretary gave me a hard time and said “idk if we do that and your respray date is coming up soon”. As I talked to her I realized she had no clue what she was talking about but i was assured I would receive a call by the next day. 8 days later, no call, so I called back, same lady same runaround. They did come respray 3 days after that. The same tech that was friendly before, seemed annoyed this time, I asked him to spray the entire perimeter of the inside, he refused, said only living room and kitchen, he begrudgingly did the bathroom… he did spray the outside for mosquitoes and other insects after. This all being said the last spraying was exactly 7 days ago and I’m getting shredded by mosquitoes again…. This stuff I was told lasted 2 months!!!!! VERY UNHAPPY oh! And I’m stuck in this contact for a year, so over 1k dollars and I am seeing MORE. Activity than I did before they came….

Technician didn't do what we asked - simple inspection and treatment. Technician never entered the house, didn't treat, and sent an EXPENSIVE quote, much higher than neighbors pay for the exact same services. Another example of gouging people on the lake.

We recently canceled our quarterly service. The price went up considerably and the service went down drastically. I canceled right after then made their treatment for the quarter. However, after their spray we saw more bugs than ever. I called later that week and asked if they would at least fix the issues we were having (within the quarter I just payed for) they declined. We are killing no less the 20 bugs a day in our home. If you are looking for readable service look elsewhere.

I must admit that these guys do value their customer service. The manager called me personally to resolve a issue, he even came out to make sure it was successfully completed. Four season is adverse in their job. And knows what they are doing. Can't we to see how service will be.
