The next customer should also note: It’s extremely telling that everyone was willing to refund the $95 inspection fee plus the $4 electronic payment fee, yet nobody did. If anyone cared to make this right I would have my money, I do not. So yea there is nothing noble about the sentiment. And clearly because I didn’t press the issue the money wasn’t a concern.
