Austin was very professional and personable while performing our yearly termite inspection. He got down on the floor to check under a table (we'd never seen that before). Since we had termites in January which had to be treated, our experience with Dodson Pest Control has been great! For anyone that doesn't get the yearly inspection, think twice, termites can happen to anyone. It is money well spent

I used Dodson's slightly over a year now, and have had good experience with them, and their technician Cody. However, today when calling to inquire about a bill I recently received in the mail I was met with a receptionist that was quite rude, and gave me an attitude while explaining my service contract. For this reason I decided to cancel my contract moving forward.
