I’m so pleased! Both guys were so professional! I had tried a friends’ remedies (stinky meet and dawn/water), mine (more wasp spray x5 for 3 days) etc … nothing worked. And man, this morning, caulking the trim, because they were entering the house! Then getting the 6’ ladder, to start swatting yellow jackets in a sky light … while honestly trying to channel breathing calmly... and … failing ;-) no more that was it … who to call? Monticello Pest had seven, nice 5 star reviews, ok let’s do it 😃 I called. Chris answered. Chris and Garon (sp? … the Tech) were professional and friendly!! Top notch company;-) and … no more yellow jackets!

I needed a wasp nest removed from my home and after dealing with other companies who had insane rates, missed appointments, and terrible communication, i'm so glad I found Monticello Pest Solutions. Chris at the office is a great communicator and got me a same-day appointment at a rate my family could afford. The technician arrived on-time (a little early even!) and was incredibly pleasant to speak to. Geryn completed the work successfully and removed another wasp nest I didn't know about free of charge. They also treated my yard for mosquitos and ticks without any pressure to buy into monthly service. That being said I had such a great experience with this company I would consider ending my own DIY pest treatment and signing up!
