He would not fill the entire wire so I had to request for that to be done several times. It is possible there was a language barrier because I did not get the sense he spoke English well. I was very pleased when I set up this initial service with Steven. He was pleasant to speak with and seemed to have a lot of experience working with this company. My aunt’s house had a terrible flea infestation and we needed it to be serviced as quickly as possible. Steven forgot to mention that the animals in the house needed to be pre-treated (or treated the same day).
