Dodson Pest Control

Came into the office one day after a weekend to find papers shredded by mice to make a nest. This came after months of repeatedly finding droppings and even seeing mice in the office. We tried to call Dodson after having been a loyal client with an established account for years and they said they'd "try" to have someone come out that day. They never came and when we called to check in, they were surprised we had not heard from the guy assigned to come out: "Larry". Next day, still no one showed

Ray Morris went above and beyond to relieve our pest anxieties by coming to our home at 7:30 in the morning to check on bait stations and add new ones after I talked to him in a panicked state of mind the night before. I see now that the process is working and my family is so thankful for his visit. I appreciate Ray's great sense of humor, his knowledge of his field, and his willingness to ease our minds.

We've been using Dodson for several years now, mainly due to the consistency of Jerry's excellent customer service. He always gives us a heads up when he comes out and checks in to see if there are any areas he needs to pay special attention to outside of his normal services. Very thoughtful and diligent.
