They are the best!

My garage may need extra mice/rodent boxes as I don't want mice chewing on the wires under the hood of the car stored there.I will run the motor occasionally hoping that will help keep them away.

Lemarr Pest Control and Jeff Lang in particular are amazing. The two times I called Jeff, he was here in 20 minutes. Great people and very professional. I gave them 5 stars but they deserve 10 stars.

They come monthly and treat for pest and rodents. Living on a farm we have a few. They do an excellent job and are extremely respectful of our home, barn and animals.

Efficient and courteous. We had a fairly large yellow jacket nest in eave of house. Tech was out the day after calling and took care of the problem. He then came back a few days later to make sure all the yellow jackets were dead.

In line with another review, I was taken aback by the excessively high invoice issued by the company. Notably, the charge was applied without obtaining my prior authorization, which raises concerns regarding the company's business practices. Furthermore, the technician failed to remove the yellow jacket nest. Despite this breach of service, the owner has refused to provide a refund. This lack of accountability and failure to adhere to standard business protocols is highly concerning.

Owner is a local. Very friendly, respectful, and responsive. Prices are quite reasonable. BONUS: he actually trapped the gopher that'd been burrowing under our house (after we'd failed for weeks).

I was shocked to receive an invoice from this company that told me I would incur huge fees if I tried to pay electronically. "We now can accept credit cards and ACH payments," the invoice read. "There is a convenience fee associated with these forms of payments. ... ACH is 4%, VISA/MC/Discover is 5% and AMEX is 6%." When I pointed out to the owner that the fees were ridiculously high and possibly illegal, she responded simply, "You are more than welcome to continue to pay by paper check." Paypal? Venmo? No, cash or paper check only. So I decided to switch to a company that didn't try to make a profit off of "convenience fees." Upon learning that I would be switching to a new pest control company, she told me she would send someone over to remove all the cheap plastic mousetraps around the house. Talk about petty!
