You all are lucky that I'm giving you a 1star as you don't even deserve that. Buyer beware!!! Make sure that you read and re read the contract or contracts that you sign. I signed a contract for a quarterly inspection and I paid upfront for 4 visits at $100 a visit so $400 in total. I signed another contract for another quarterly sevice and I also under the impression that I was paying for the entire year ahead of time. I paid an additional $125 for that additional service. I spoke to a representative from Paramount and they said no, it's $125 per quarter. So one contract you pay a year in advance and the other is quarterly but it's NOT explained that way. So, I'm paying $900 for 4 visits from this company which is ludicrous. Somehow after I signed these original contracts that they were "lost". I received a visit from a local manager and he asked that I signed another contract because the original was lost. Hmmm... I have the technician come inside my home twice thus far and do the regular quarterly service. He did do the additional service once and to my knowledge has never returned to do the quarterly additional service but I'm supposed to just take Paramount's word that he did come to my home at some point without my knowledge. Where there's smoke there is fire and I'm making it my mission to share my horror story with everyone in my life and anyone that I may be able to reach out to. I'm posting my story on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp, better business bureau, and anywhere else I can think of later. My family is cancelling their Paramount Pest accounts and they are sharing my story as well. Bottom line, it looks like you will get your money from these bogus contracts but you will lose 10x more from other accounts and potential lost business. I may just take your company to small claims court as a recourse as well. I hope it's worth you all, I really do. You've lost customers and your reputation is tainted.
