Update 10/13/25: It’s extremely disappointing that your technician stepped and sprayed all over my freshly re-sealed driveway—the very next day after I specifically told your team not to. That alone says a lot about the company’s ethics and accountability. To clarify once again: I never claimed that your technician drove on my driveway, so whoever made that statement is misrepresenting my words. Very dishonest manager. The inspector Tyler was pretty good in explaining the details. So we signed contract with Environmental to do termite prevention using Fipronil 9.1% (high-end product), but they used the much cheaper product Dominion 2L which can not last that long as Fipronil.
