Total waste of $4,000. The bed bug problem never went away after their treatment, and I ended up having to hire another company for $2,000 to finally resolve it. While the staff was friendly and professional, the products they used were not effective.

Jared came by my apartment, checked thoroughly and found that my home is thankfully bed bug free !!

I saw a bug on a mattress that I thought was a bedbug. I scheduled an inspection with Eco DC to determine whether I had an infestation. Tim looked at the picture I had taken and determined it was a carpet beetle, not a bedbug. Tim then inspected various areas of my house very thoroughly. During the process he explained what type of evidence bedbugs typically leave, and what treatments for infestations usually look like. Tim determined I did not have any bedbugs and no further action was necessary. A less scrupulous business could have told me I needed extermination treatment or tried to sell me on preventive measures. Tim was 100% honest and straightforward. I highly recommend Eco DC if you need extermination services, especially for bedbugs.

Cameron was the absolute best! He kept his word andgot rid of every last bed bug after 2 companies failed to do so. Really wish I calledyou guys first, that is my only regret. If you have bed bugs and live in Arlington VA you should give them a call, you wont be disappointed!

Best Service ever. From the first call with Jill to the last visit with Corey, they were polite, professional, efficient and accessible. Our situation was isolated, however my fear of bugs was not minimized. Each call and inspection was followed up with photos or a summary. There recommendations were fair and reasonable. It’s been a few months after their services and we are still satisfied. Would use again(hopefully no need)🤞🏽

I was so concerned when I saw a live bug that looked EXACTLY like a bed bug. I am intensely paranoid about bed bugs and when I called about having an assessment they were so kind to offer me to send photos of it first before scheduling an appointment that would cost me money. They sent it to two of their technicians who both confirmed that it wasn’t a bed bug and texted me back right away to tell me. They did this at no cost to themselves which clearly shows they are an honest and reputable company. Thank you!!

After some bites, I was scared I might have something in my place. Within 4 hours, I was able to get an appointment for an apartment check. The lovely technician came and checked everything and assured me I was perfectly ok. Gave me clear instructions about what to watch for and what to do next if I get more bites. Explained possible preventative treatment but didn't hard sell me. Just was generous with his time, incredibly thorough, clear with explanations, and kind about my 12,000 questions. Absolutely worth the fee to have someone look at my apartment.

This company helped my grandparents get rid of bedbugs after two other companies failed to get rid of them and have been doing maintenance checks since then. When I found a potential bedbug in my apartment months later, I was able to text pictures to Jill and she quickly connected with TWO technicians to confirm that it was not a bedbug and was in fact some sort of small beetle. Amazing customer service and a total lifesaver for me!

We used them for a canine inspection and a heat treament for bed bugs. Their canine Jack, was able to track them to our box spring which was overlooked by the last company. We opted for their bed bug heat treatment since it was eco-friendly and would get rid of all the bugs in a day. Thankfully they kept their word and eliminated every single bug in one treatment. We've been free of bed bug bites for a few months now and I couldn't be any happier. Truly appreciate the ECO team, great work!

VERY expensive — about $4500. But if you’ve got bed bugs, you’re stuck. I’ll give them credit for responding very quickly (and some might argue that is worth the premium), but the heat treatment didn’t kill 100% of them. I suppose it was worthwhile to pay the extra for them to make 2 (non-heating) return visits, which seemed to finally accomplish the job. What irked me is how pushy they were to get full payment before doing the work — and that 2 of our doors came off the hinges after the treatment (probably from the heat melting some paint that had held them?) They weren’t terrible, just felt that way given the price.
