Preventive Pest Control

Preventive Pest Control came to our neighbor’s home and were not careful with their application of chemicals. Without warming, we had spray and fumes from what I’m assuming are poisonous insecticides wafting over into our yard where our family with young children were having a picnic. The tech didn’t seem to care that we were there and didn’t stop when he saw us coughing and scrambling to gather our picnic and go inside. Some of us now have headaches and are coughing from whatever we inhaled. We observed that the tech’s form of application was walking back and forth across our neighbors large lawn spraying the ground liberally while waving the wand applicator back and forth. We have another company do our pest control and they are very careful about application, and you never smell it in the air. We understand the need for pest control, but this tech had complete disregard for our family’s health and wellbeing.

The service was amazing! Our service tech, Daylin was awesome as well. Took his time did a good thorough job and even took the time to show our little boy the setup in the back of the truck. Can’t say more good about Daylin and Preventive for their service! It has been over a month and our spider issue is gone!

Nathan not only called but when we said we couldn't be there to unlock the gate he said "no problem, I'll go do some other jobs and then swing back by to finish" to top it off it was on a Saturday! They are affordable and communicate very well... very professional. Thank you Nathan!

Great service we've seen dead spiders but no live ones! And when we found active black widows (in between quarterly services) they came the next day at no charge and delt with them

Caden was great! He had to come back for the basement renters because they did not hear him knocking. He went out of his way to accommodate us as home owners and was so happy to help out:)!

He always listens to my concerns and gets the areas I need sprayed most done so that I rarely need to have them come spray again. Their ETA is always a short window so you never have to wait around all day for them to show up. Very professional and responsive.
