All Green Pest Control and Lawn Care

The techs are very polite and do a good job. I love that the pest spray is safe for children & pets. I’ve used them for a long time and recommend them to my loved ones.

I've had these guys do my lawn weed and feed for several years. They had a good price. But my lawn has recently looked bad and been subpar and looks the worst in the neighborbood. I call to have them come back for a warranty service, they come back and tell me to adjust the watering, spray again with something, and nothing happens. The lawn still looks terrible. I finally called another company who came and did several things that have made a difference. I am convinced All Green doesn't know what they are doing. DO NOT use this company and especially don't sign up for an annual prepaid plan. I fired them and they won't refund what I paid for the rest of the season. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Beware, there is a subcontractor for this company called Turf Worx that is unethical. We had some broken sprinkler valves that we asked them to come fix (called All Green number and was sent to Turf Worx). They did not show up when they said they would, nor did they call to let us know they couldn’t make it. We called back and rescheduled. They did not come during the second appointment either or call letting us know. The following week they showed up with no appointment. The man looked at the valves and said that he doesn’t need to do anything, because it is just loose screws on the valves and I can tighten those myself. It ended up not being the screws but broken valves, which I ended up spending ~$200 and several hours replacing myself because they couldn’t get us back on the schedule in time to fix it. A few days after this 15 minute visit, we receive a $287 bill from the company. We called twice, texted, and emailed with no response. The All Green ad we called from said free evaluations, we were charged $287 for a 15 minute evaluation. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

This is a review of All Green's irrigation subcontractor, Turf Worx, who was absolutely abysmal to work with. I called All Green to get a sprinkler zone repaired, and they put me in touch with Turf Worx, who is their subcontractor or agent for my area, and it was with Turf Worx that I talked afterwards. Turf Worx had a guy come out, called me to confirm what I needed, and I let them know to touch bases with me before completing any extensive repairs so I could know what was going on. I never got a follow-up call, never confirmed what was wrong, and then got an invoice for over $300 with no breakdown, and I still had problems with my sprinkler zone! I emailed to get a breakdown, and then to ask them to come out and actually fix the issue, and never got a response. All Green needs to get a substitute irrigation subcontractor. I cannot overstate my frustration with having to deal with Turf Worx.

I have them come out and do a few treatments to my lawn and they completely torched my front yard. I’ve tried getting in contact with them multiple times about how to rectify the situation. Every time we schedule an appointment, they no-show and don’t return our calls. I am completely fed up and want this situation made right

I had a scary experience with them… I remember calling and making an appointment with the company, but I really needed to talk to someone in person especially my sprinkler problem is in my back yard. This guy called from the different company that is affiliated with All Green (Turf Worx)? And kept telling me that their guy already came while I was gone and checked my sprinkler system, it’s working good now, charging me $150… we actually fixed it by ourselves meanwhile which was a major work on piping and plumbing. The guy kept saying that he has recording of my phone call that I made an appointment and gave them my credit card number which I cant remember giving them. I told him I will dispute the charge and report to the business bureau. He was even yelling at me, telling me not to talk over him… wow, to the customer? So he was trying to convince me to pay $150 for the no work for our solution? I’m just glad that we didn’t go with them to fix my sprinkler, we did it ourselves. I don’t trust these guys at all. It was even scary to talk to the guy on the phone. 🤦🏻‍♀️

My lawn and landscaping have never looked so good! Everything looks green, healthy, clean, and well taken care of. They clearly know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. They’re reliable, professional, and easy to work with. I’ve noticed such a huge difference in my yard and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing lawn care or landscaping!

I called 3 times to set up new service, each time speaking with a person who said I would receive a call back to schedule. I never heard back from them. I guess they don't want or need new customers.

Today at 12:50 pm one of the technicians, a man with brown hair and a beard, turned his truck into the crosswalk where I was crossing WITH A WALK SIGNAL and almost struck me at the corner of Cougar Boulevard and Columbia Lane. When I yelled for him to stop so he wouldn’t strike me with his vehicle he just laughed and kept going and I had to move out of his way. This is unacceptable behavior for a professional. If my kids had been in the crosswalk with me they could have been killed just because an employee didn’t want to wait ten seconds for a pedestrian with the right of way to cross. Do NOT hire All Green; a company that doesn’t instruct their employees to drive safely is a liability, especially if you have kids who like to play outside, shoot hoops in the driveway, ride their bikes in the sidewalk, etc. Edited to add: Reading through their reviews several other people mention All Green employees driving recklessly: texting while driving on I-15, illegally speeding through residential neighborhoods, etc. So this incident wasn’t a one-off; it’s part of their company culture. Not who I’d want coming to my house and driving down my street regularly.

Jacob came out to do spray for lawn chomping bugs and grubs. He listened to our concerns about being thorough to ensure that we got rid of the critters. He was attentive and addressed our concerns. We would love to have him back out for other services!

They are always so on top of things! So grateful and run by such great management. It is incredibly run and they seem to really care about their clients.

Noah was a very polite and conscientious young man. He drained my water heater and discovered the a leak in the exhaust connection which must have been pulled apart when installing the new furnace. He fixed that problem and inspected the plumbing throughout the house including the water manifold. Everything else checked out fine.

Ken was awesome! He took great care of everything. Super happy with the service.

Ken did a wonderful job doing my pest control and he went above and beyond to spray for weeds. He explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend All green for your pest control and lawn care.

So far I been very happy with all green pest control and lawn care. Kent did an amazing job getting everything sprayed that we asked for and went out of his way to add more locations where these pest can hide so we can have better control of getting rid of them. On top of that he’s very personable and has a sense of humor which makes these pest experience more comfortable when having a stranger in my home. So I would definitely continue to use these services that all green provides because not only is the product working but their employees make it worth the cost. Thank you Kent and all green.

I have really appreciated All green’s service through the years. We have been with them for quite a few years now they have done a great job with our lawn and have gone above and beyond with some really annoying wasp situations around our house. I appreciate their great customer service. Every time I call in they are so kind and flexible with scheduling situations or billing. Their employee Ken called today to double check and make sure we were getting the service we needed with our pest control treatment. He was great at communicating.

All Green has been great. We somehow ended up with a serious bug problem about it a year ago, so we signed up for All Green’s services and it has helped a lot. They are good at communicating and take pride in their work. Ken perform the service at our house yesterday. He was super friendly, did a thorough job, and was understanding about our rowdy dog.

We love All Green! They always call, text, and email to let us know when they are on their way, and they leave us a paper bill along with an emailed bill. Paying is SO easy and affordable. Kenneth came this week to do indoor and outdoor pest control and he was so kind, friendly, asked good questions, and explained everything he was doing or could do to help. Great experience overall!

The service I recently had was awesome! Very personable and professional. It was not a "rush job", but time was taken to spray everywhere that I requested and explain to me what he was doing. On top of that, the worker was very knowledgeable and shared with me info about insects/pests that were in my yard. I learned a lot and got great service! 👍

We love all green, you feel like family there. they have a good operating system with texts, calls, reminders for your services, and they are thorough and knowledgable onsite. The owner is actually the guy that comes out and sprays which is pretty cool from a quality perspective.

Service has been fantastic so far, lawn is looking great and got a great bid for clearing out brush and weeds for my retaining wall as well. Looking forward to using their lawn care weed & feed service next year as well!

Technicians are friendly and we've had good results... that's all we need.
