Man with short curly hair, beard, covered in tattoos, and a little heavy set size wise was drinking alcohol in this business’s commercial vehicle around in the Provo area and looked super unprofessional and I’m sure its probably crucial to maintain a professional environment for everyone especially in the workplace. Just for the safety of other and themself I hope management can address this.

I have used AB Pest Control for years. They are reasonably priced and provide great service. The techs are thorough and take good care of your property, particularly Trent. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything he’s doing. He looks out for you, noticing and fixing any problems he sees. I definitely recommend this company!

Michael stopped by our house when he moved into the area and I was very satisfied with his knowledge and willingness to explain everything in a way that he was passionate about and cared for. I was impressed and decided to give his company a try. Trent came to the door and was immediately warm and welcoming. You can tell he loves doing the right thing and taking care of his customers. He sprayed the front and backyard within 10 or 15 minutes and gave loads of information about what he was doing and how it would work. He answered all our questions dutifully and with interest. He definitely cares about what he is doing and I will be working with them again.

Trent is amazing to work with! He is knowledgeable, and proficient . He went above and beyond to make sure my homes were token care of. We had a mice problem in one of our homes and he took care of it. Shea in the office is also amazing to work with. They are affordable and work around your sechedule, I 100% recommend them. I have had other pest control company services and AB Pest has been the best !

I didn't end up hiring them (my mistake in scheduling) but I was impressed with Michael's professionalism. I would recommend them.

Ab pest control and Michael have all the solutions we need as a professional property management company. We occasionally have issues with pigeons and gophers to your basic roach and spider treatments. It is great to have a one call option for our pest control needs.

Trent is very thorough and very professional. He told me everything he was going to do and made sure to work with me. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. I can tell he is passionate and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend going with AB! Bonus, he was great with my dog.

Michael, Trent and the team at AB Pest Control were great to work with. They installed critter guard around my solar panels and I am already seeing that I am dealing with far fewer pigeons on and around my roof and solar. Thanks for your efforts in taking care of my home and pigeon problem!!!

I called AB pest control when we noticed evidence of mice and Trent came out to give us a free estimate. He pinpointed the problem areas quickly and was kind and reassuring and obviously knew exactly what he was doing. Confident that he could get rid of them quickly, he mouse-proofed the house, garage , the roof, and even sets traps and a camera in the attic. I lost track of how many traps he set and I’m so grateful. Having mice in my home is stressful and horribly discomforting, and the way Trent handled the situation has simply taken that stress away.

Trent at AB Pest Control went over and beyond when I called about a mice problem. He climbed the roof and secured all openings from top to bottom and inside the house. He placed traps where needed and checked in weekly for progress. I feel so confident I’m in good hands!

We have been with this company for several years and have had a good experience. They’ve kept insects out of our house and the outside area well controlled as well. They have been good about coming back out if we ever need a re-treatment.

The exterminator was quick, efficient, and friendly. He took care of our ant problem so well that we didn't have a need for a follow-up. The ants were gone! I highly recommend this!

We had a few rats up in our attic. The first company we had come out, just sealed up the attic and said there was nothing in there. Trent actually climbed around in the attic and found signs of rodent activity. He put a camera in the attic, installed a one way door, set three traps and properly sealed off the attic. He even came out after hours one day to reset the traps and dispose of the rats that had been trapped. He has gone way above and beyond and was very fair on the price. I have no problem recommending Trent to anyone with a serious rodent problem. He was fantastic!

Trent was great to work with! He kept me updated on his arrival time and took care to avoid spraying all of the many dog toys scattered along the back of the house.

I had mice come in .got into pantry and Trent came over and was so nice went above and beyond what he was required of him . I highly recomend him

We used this company for years, and it was great, until the past 15 months or so, they totally dropped the ball. Multiple schedule visits totally ignored, no call, or text to let us know. This is particularly hard when you are given a window of 3 hours or so, then you wait and your plans change when they don't show up and have to reschedule. I do have to say that their product is great, the technicians have always been friendly, but sadly the company is either growing too fast, or just don't care of their long term clients anymore. Bottom line, is not a pleasant experience anymore.

I am really disappointed in the treatment I had in September. I have more spiders than ever coming into my home. I think the young man was trying to beat a race for the fastest job done.

Wonderful company to work with. Very punctual and nice. They generally do a wonderful job when asked to focus on a specific area. I would give them a 5... but sometimes they don’t get my upper rock wall very well. It’s pretty high in my yard and I still have some issues with slugs. We have loved them so far though and have been with them for about 5 years.

I like AB Pest control but I'm honestly looking around. The main reason we stick around is the fertilization and it doesn't seem to be helping anymore.

I honestly wish that I could do two different ratings. As far as their spray I have loved it. They took care of an earwig problem we had at our house after just one spray. However, the management and communication is so terrible I will never use them again. Nobody communicates with each other and then they blame it on their customer. I am currently dealing with a Better Business Bureau claim against them. Do yourself a favor and check out how many claims they have against them before using them like I wish I had.
