His sprayer was not working. Josue mentioned it had frozen due to the cold weather so I had him just replace some of the cardboard, mouse traps by the garage door and basement door entranceand nothing else was done. I was informed there would be no charge at this time. I will save my $50 referral bonus for the next time he comes out to service my home at which point we will have everything completed per his usual Quarterly services. The mouse trap in the pantry was empty and he left the same one per our conversation.

Very terrible service. I have a service every 3 months and the technician who was supposed to come sent me a message stating he is enroute but never showed up. When I called the customer service, they said he completed the service already. They have no way to contact the technician by calling him is what the customer service lady told me. Stay away from this company. They do force you into a 1 year contract so you cannot cancel the service until the year is over.. you are pretty much locked with this terrible service

He said he sprayed the upper deck but I was in the kitchen and did not see him on the deck. Also there was no liquid markings in the deck when I went to check. There was liquid markings on the foundation.

The technician did an excellent after he arrived and completing my requested service. I have suggestions for the company. I wanted to be home when the service was performed. I called and was told he would arrive between 1:00 and 5:00. I ask if we could narrow the window down. I was told the technician could call be when he was one hour away from my residence. He arrived without a call at 11:15. Recommend you review communications procedures and look at ways to narrow the window and make it a little more accurate. Next I observed where he was spraying. It did not include window wells. I have three with easy access so. I ask if he could spray into them through the grates. He said that was not a problem. When I set up this service initially, I specifically ask about this particular concern as spiders try to get into the house through this path. This should be an automatic routine service service. Some small changes in services provided and communication to the technicians would easily earn my 5 star review.

Hands down the most aggressive and worst salesmen I've ever dealt with. They stopped by unannounced on a door to door sales attempt. After telling them countless times I am not interested at all whatsoever, they insisted they would stop by again in a few days. I said I had other business to attend to and that I was not interested at all to which they replied "okay, we'll stop by later". They also requested I open my garage so they could take a look around, something I absolutely felt beyond comfortable doing by that point. I get pushing a sale and I'm usually open to listening, but this team (mainly one of the two) was so aggressive that I'm here leaving my review and notified my neighborhood of their behaviors. Not only will I never use Proof because of this experience, I'll continue to notify others of their sales practices. I'll updated if they come back later today or in a few days as they kept mentioning, both of which I made extremely clear I did not want.

When they came to our door to see if we wanted pest control for bugs and mice, we agreed to the $99 price and signed a form which seemed unusual. (And yes, we should have read all of the fine print.) We relied on the explanation of the owner who explained the service to us. We both thought it was a one time service. Many in out neighborhood had the same understanding. The owner mentioned they would be back to check every few months, but not did specify that we needed to pay an additional $99 each time for one year even if we did not want the service. We are canceling due to their deceptive sales pitch.--even though we have to pay an extra $150 to get out of this contract. We do not have mice or other pests and only have a few spiders, ants and beetles. The price of $500/year seems extravagant to us. 5/26/2020 The owner of Proof Pest Control called us to apologize for the mix-up and refunded some of our money. They said they have worked with the salesman to retrain so this does not happen in the future.

The owner of this company is very aggressive and rude. My wife and I have been doing business with another pest control company (SWAT) for about 7-8 years now and we love working with them. We now live in a nice little community where we coordinate spraying services for a couple dozen friends in our neighborhood. They come and spray all of us on the same day, it's very efficient and everyone gets great discounts because of it. My wife posts a message on the neighborhood facebook page just mentioning if anyone wanted to be added to the upcoming spray, to let her know. (Note - that we gain absolutely nothing from this, no commissions or anything of the sort. We just really like the people from SWAT, so we enjoy helping them out). The owner of Proof (Cody) hijacked the thread for his own gain in an attempt to drive anyone interested to his own pest control business, and deterring people from anything my wife was trying to post. Why does EVERY pest control company resort to scare tactics? Use their expensive services at your own risk.

Door salesmen were way to aggressive. They want you to sign up for their $50.00 discounted service for instant treatment but they dont explain the you are agreeing for a year long service at very inflated prices. Stay away from these guys

We do try to make sure that we are not servicing homes that are unaware of the agreement, we have recently added welcome calls to every new customer so we are all on the same page. We'd never want to "trick" people into becoming part of our family.
