Turbo Pest has been great to work with, especially Curtis. They’re always on time, work quickly, and are professional. We were having ongoing problems with black widows, and Curtis was able to track down what he thought was the source of the issue, treat the area thoroughly, and since then we haven’t had any more problems. We’ve been very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Turbo Pest and Curtis to others.

The tech that came was great. Friendly, thorough and even took his shoes off when in the house. Honest is refreshing. Admitted there was a small bush sprinkler that was snapped during the process and I so appreciate the heads up so it can be re paired in the spring👍🏻

BAD COMPANY! Don’t use this!! Preston thinks it’s funny to leave 1 star reviews to people that won’t drive to him so he can purchase things. After they were completely professional with him. If he removes his phony review, I’ll remove this one, otherwise don’t deal with this bad company.

Extremely disappointed in the overall experience with this company. Curtis truly lacks customer service skills. There are other companies that are competitively priced and provide better customer service.

Had a visit from one of your guys yesterday wanting to sell me your services. I politely sent him on his way because it's not his fault you guys didn't train him properly. My front door has a good-sized red sign on it stating NO SOLICITORS. With proper training your employee should have known is only option was to turn around and leave my property. But no, he rang my doorbell and tried to sell me your services. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE. You get one star because I cannot post the review with no stars.
They guaranteed that the process would work in the downpour of rain we were having the day of the application, as well following rain we had for days after. Well if anything I have more bugs and spiders.

Wow! They're unresponsive, call you from multiple different #s, and unprofessional. Don't believe the 5 ⭐ hype train. It's probably friends and family members. To their response... I never told you how to run your business, but as a business owner too... I keep my appointments and don't cancel 2 hours before the appointment. As far as the different numbers....I only talked to 1 person from 4 different #s. I think his name was Curtis. Do all employees have multiple phone #s?

Secondly I have multiple technicians that we work with and sometimes their caller ID may not say Turbo Pest Control it might say their name. Thirdly, as a business owner I appreciate positive feedback, but it sting to be told how I should run my business from someone who has no idea how this business runs. I wish you well. We will continue to provide the best pest control service at the best price in Utah.
This pest control company has not started off on the right foot with me. I signed up with the solicitor that came to my door. I paid in full for 3mo. Service. My bad for not getting a receipt. Scheduled to show up the next day at 8am. Still haven’t seen or heard from them. Paid for a service that hasn’t been preformed with no contact from the company.

Jon, please call me at 801-312-9111 to clear this up. Maybe a bigger problem, as Turbo Pest Control has NEVER had anyone pay up front for anything. ALWAYS and only AFTER the service is performed, and customer is happy and satisfied.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I had them come and spray the outside only, because we had to be isolated due to COVID-19. I later contacted them to come and finish the job on the inside. I called Curtis and he was not happy about having to come back, especially since I had used a groupon. I told him I would pay for the second trip and scheduled an appointment with him. I got a confirmation email and text and everything. I made arrangements to have someone be at my house since I had to work, and he NEVER CAME. My family member waited the entire day. 8 hours after the scheduled appointment, and 5 hours after I had texted him, asking where he was, he said he “just didn’t make it”. Nope, not okay with me. No more business from me, a waste of time and money. So disrespectful.

Thank you Hanna for an honest review. Upon completing your initial visit, which we were on-time and did what you asked, we received the groupon voucher and redeemed it. Since we can only do one Groupon per household, as I stated on the phone, a return service would just be the normal low price of $59 which you agreed to only pay half or $30. I stated that If you would allow me to try and work it in on an existing route, and not make an extra trip, then I should be able to make it work. That day I was slammed and couldn't make it, and I truly do apologize for that. I think the whole Covid experience caught us all off guard, and in someways we at Turbo Pest maybe didn't handle every situation as a service company should have. we are striving to be Utah's best value in pest control.... sometimes we may not hit the mark, but are always willing to try and make things right. If you'll use us again, I'll still do your next visit for $30. Let me know, hopefully you still have our magnet on your fridge. Cheers
The first visits on July 29 was good. But their 30 warranty is no good. Can’t get them to come back, the ants were back in force within a week. Keep call him to come but he hasn’t. It is now September.

Craig, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. As I mentioned, the one-time groupon service doesn't come with a warranty.... hopefully you can understand why: As with any single treatment, we hope to eliminate at least 85-90% of the pest problem. Although our single treatment is as good or better than anyone else, even I have to admit it's almost impossible to eliminate completely all pests with a single treatment. Actually that's not true: back in the early days of pest control a single treatment could, however the strength and chemical compound was found to harmful to livestock and pets so the FDA asked providers to step it back a bit. Since then, caution has yielded to prudence and doses are managed. Today we incorporate a more integrated pest control system, which includes pest control treatment and spray, as well as other methods such as reducing vegetation around the home, etc. I hope your next pest control company does a better job in helping you manage expectations than I have. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. We had the house sprayed once, and our bug problem not only didn’t get better but it was worse. He provided a card for a free service if needed, and it took 2 days to get ahold of them. The exterminator agreed on a time to come back, then called earlier that day to ask if he could come out earlier. I told him no, because I was pregnant and needed help with our child and 5 animals. He then said he’d “see what he could do”, although we had previously agreed on a time. He did not show up at the scheduled time, nor did he call to reschedule. I called a few days later and he told me he was out in this area at certain times on certain days, which I was never informed and it was not listed anywhere. I told him I needed the latest time possible to have help, telling him again that I was pregnant and had a kid and animals. He said, “well that would’ve been good to know.” I told him this information days earlier and he acted like I dropped the ball. Waste of money, and he refused to issue a refund for the poor service and even poorer customer service.

Sorry your experience wasn't what you expected. To suggest that the problem was worse than before suggests that I am responsible for your pest problem..... I disagree with that assumption. Everything we do, always helps the situation, not worsens it. My attempt to return and offer additional service at company expense was turned away... the first attempt was 20 minutes earlier than our appointment...I believed this was reasonable. the second attempt was met with rude implications, something none of our service professionals should never be subjected to. We try to be professionals and only ask the same from our valued customers. Thirdly, although you reside in the home, asking me directly for a refund for a service you didn't pay for didn't sit right with me. If the owners, who paid for the service through a third party had asked for a refund I would have been happy to direct them to the provider from whom they purchased the voucher, and they could have submitted a request for refund.... I'm pretty sure they could have received it. I have since been in contact with the homeowner, provided additional services and am hopeful that the situation has steadily improved. Although we seek to become Utah's best pest control service, sometimes this requires additional services to steadily improve the situation. I believe we are one of the only companies who offer single services with a warranty... a very unconventional business practice in this industry. Most companies these days are only interested in contracted services, requiring 4 quarterly treatments.... while this is very good for the company, it is significantly more costly, over double, for the consumer. Our customer base is growing simply because we offer services as the customer needs us.... We like our customers, appreciate their business, and hope to have them a long time. I bought a groupon voucher and we have been trying to call and text for two weeks to schedule an appointment. He does not return the calls or text its ridiculous. I will be getting a refund.
