It really bothers me that you don't give any notice or call to let me know when you'll be doing the service. I used this company for a long time and recommended it to many people. I inspect properties, but this last contract I signed with you has been terrible service. I've practically paid for nothing; I've lost my money. If I don't tell my tenants what time you're coming, they can't get time off work, and I can't be waiting all day for you. Again, terrible service. I practically paid to have you fumigate outside when the cockroaches are inside. You are the worst.

We have been sending you emails 3 days before every service letting you know we are coming out for your service. If emails are not working we can always switch to text messages. If your tenants need specific times for service we can easily set that up we just need you to request such ahead of time as we discussed when starting services and as things were done when we were treating you before this house. They have made multiple visits to my home to fix a wasp issue. Each time they left without the issue being resolved. Nests still in place and more being built after the junk treatment that was supposedly used. Oddly enough not a single ring camera caught them applying this crap. The discount they give when signing up is also what your cancelation fee will be when you get tired of them not doing the work they said they were. Take your business elsewhere.

Have been with these guys for over two years. I informed them we would like to cancel their services. They then send me a bill saying that we owe them $207 and if we do not pay them they will add on late charges and take me to collections. We have sent in a written notice to cancel the services and then we will get an email saying if you do cancel you still owe us alot of money. Sounds like I will be adding another bad review on BBB like many other clients out there that have been lied to. I will not be recommending this company to anyone and will stay clear of them.

They just came to spray for our regular service and they left a full hornets nest unsprayed in the front of our house!!! I’m not even sure what I just paid for if they missed an entire hive!

Terrible company. They are expensive, offer poor service that doesn’t even work. They haven’t sprayed my backyard in months because they never knock. The guy comes by unannounced. Takes 5 minutes to spray my front yard, then leaves. I sat and watched him from my office when I got suspicious. Steer clear. There are plenty of other companies out there. If you do use them be ready to pay 2800 a year for some dude to not get rid of your bugs

This service was a joke, and was part of a terrible business practice of making you pay for a year contract, then claiming I never canceled and tried to initiate another year. They never checked in or out when doing their service, and I should have recognized when they claimed to have sprayed our yard when there was fresh snow on the yard, and they left no tracks. They never sent a statement after each visit as promised on their calling card. The kicker - they never registered with the city to do business here. Totally an unacceptable service. Never again nomo.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. (1). Their insect spray does not work, Cobwebs and spiders returned with in days. (2). Signed up for a 12 month contract. Assumed after the last service I was done. To my surprise 3months later I received an email saying my next service was scheduled. I called customer service and told them my 12 month contract ended and I didn’t want the service. They said i should have given them written notice of cancellation and they would charge me even if i cancelled the scheduled service. (30 days written notice clause is fine print at the bottom of the original 12 month contract) I told them they got me with their fine print and they could complete the scheduled service, but consider this my 30 day written notice of cancellation. I was then informed I could not cancel until the last service was performed. So another call and email to cancel. Customer service sucks and NOMO Pest Solution is one of the most crooked company I’ve ever dealt with. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, they will screw you over!!!

Do not use. I was very disappointed with their service and billing! Moxie our previous pest control provider and I am happily going back. There is something to be said of company that’s confident enough in their work to let you cancel whenever for whatever reason. Nomo makes you sign a contract and bills you $60/mo. They tell You they’re cheaper but they aren’t, but you’re bound by a contract. They bill even when services aren’t rendered. Signing the contract is on me, switching to an inferior company is on me, letting others know I wouldn’t recommend is also on me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Nomo Pest Solutions has been one of the most frustrating, unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. In 2024, we paid for a full year of service (quarterly visits). They completely skipped our Q4 service—and because we had a lot going on personally at the time, we didn’t immediately notice. When they called to schedule Q1 2025, it reminded us they never showed up in Q4. When I called to ask about it and request a refund for the missed service, I was met with arguing, excuses, and zero accountability. They tried to claim a technician came out—which is absolutely false. Even if someone showed up, they couldn’t have done anything meaningful: there’s no way they accessed our backyard, inside our house, garage, or crawl space without us knowing. We never gave anyone access, and they never notified us. Instead of apologizing or even trying to make it right, they flat-out refused a refund and didn't offer any solution. Then, when I said I wanted to cancel and make sure my card wouldn’t be charged for another year, they told me I couldn’t cancel yet and had to call back closer to the renewal date. Seriously? Fast forward to today. I call back to cancel (again) and explain why—and guess what? Another rep starts arguing with me all over again about the Q4 service! At this point, I’m beyond over it. I had to cut him off and tell him I’m done arguing. I just want the service canceled and a guarantee that my card won’t be hit again. Bottom line: They didn’t deliver the service we paid for, refused to take any responsibility, and treated us like we were the problem. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend Nomo Pest Solutions to anyone. Save your money, time, and sanity.

If you have a dog that has access to your back yard when you aren’t home NOMO is not the service for you. The scheduling and notification system NOMO uses is the problem. There is no set upcoming schedule for when they come, and they only send emails to tell you when they are coming. The final straw was this last service where I was sent the notification three hours before they arrived. I was already gone to work for the day. How I’m I supposed to “make my backyard available to the technician” when I am not given adequate time to prepare. But to them it’s my fault the back yard couldn’t be sprayed and i’m still billed the full service fee. When you call about it they try to schedule a respray but that leaves another problem. There is also no time given for a service only a date. This means if you have an animal outside either someone has to be there waiting for them to show up at any point during the day to bring the animal in, or you have to lock your animal up all day. If they gave a time window it would be easier to work out, but they don’t. Finally when the salesman came to my house and solicited their services I specifically asked to receive text notifications of scheduled services because I would see it quicker than an email. He told me that was something they would do. It never happened. Schedule notifications were only sent by email, but they were more than happy to send texts asking for payment or to leave reviews.

This place is a joke and a scam. Guy who sold the service says this and that will be done for services but the actually techs hardly do any of it when they randomly show up when they feel like. I have had to knock down bee hives and spray the house my self after them cause the bugs got worse. Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone yet alone come back and actually do the work they promise if you see any bugs. They take chunks of money at a time and not monthly. Stay away from them. They have sprayed my House multiple times now and I’m still getting pest I have to spray my self. Their product is garbage.
