We contacted several companies in July because of a wasp problem in our soffit/attic. I explained very clearly where it was and was never told that technicians couldn't go in the attic or on ladders. They explained it would probably take more than one treatment so they recommended the year plan vs a one time treatment. Very unhappy with the service we received. The salesman on the phone promised us full service coverage to get mice out of our home including getting any holes or visible entrance areas closed off. The first tech that came out baited sticky traps where we had seen mice then set the boxes around our exterior. We continued to see activity & requested a re-service a few months later.
