They have been super busy with wasps this year. I appreciate that they do get rid of every wasp nest when they get here.

Excellent customer service—timely responses to my questions…and never tired of my million questions! Showed up on time. The tech was super nice and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he wore shoe protection booties when he was inside.Pricing seems very reasonable. First treatment was yesterday. I’m Looking forward to working with these guys going forward.

They are the Kindness people I have met and they do a great job. They are always on time and will answer any questions you may have. I have not seen any bugs in my home since they started spraying my property. The swaps are not as bad and I don't see very many of them now. I recommend them highly.

Unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed. Not with the interactions with the team but in the outcome of their work. Last year there were so many wasps despite service from Reynolds that I honestly wondered what I was paying for. I was more effective on my own with a spray bottle of soapy water than any of the treatments Reynolds applied. As far as I could tell there was no attempt to locate and remove wasps nests. Perhaps that comes with a higher tier level of service. Or perhaps I should have called back and requested more help. I sort of expected the professionals to take the initiative. In any case, I don’t have bad feelings toward the team, but I do wish their work had been more effective.

Reynolds came out and dealt with an overwhelming wasp/hornet infestation. When the first employee did not have the necessary equipment to access an infested vent on my roof, the owner came out with the necessary equipment and took care of it. They found nests on my fence and behind bushes as well.

I had a great experience with Reynolds Pest Control. They addressed the issues at my home quickly and effectively, and the treatments made a noticeable difference. I would definitely recommend them to anyone struggling with ants, spiders or wasps.

Your representative didn't know.It was the first visit and came unprepared, so we need to have that redone.As a first visit ASAP and we want to consider doing the bug control as well.Please get back with me as soon as possible.

I haven't left a review because I'm not sure what to say. The technician wasn't here very long maybe 15 minutes which doesn't seem long enough to spray everywhere and it's too early to tell if it worked yet.

They are great, my 90 yr old uncle had a lot of mice in the basement, they got rid of them and have kept them away.

Reynolds Pest has done a great job in servicing our property. They are affordable and knowledgeable. They came within a day or two of me contacting them and I have not seen any pests since they have serviced our home. They are also very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

Great company, great service, quick response with service and information, couldn't recommend more. I shopped around all the services for not only a great price point but for actual real human opinion recommended to me by neighbors and friends and Reynolds was the perfect fit!

It took a while for them to come out once I signed their contract but the technician was very helpful and professional. He even helped knock out the wasp nest in our tree. Great company!

Decent service for an average price. Main complaint is they charged a cancelation fee because I didn't want them to spray in the winter.

I have a major problem with elm seed bugs, and since they're new to Utah, have had a hard time finding exterminators that will guarantee treatment for them. Reynolds did the first treatment and already the difference is incredible! They did warn me that the bugs would get a lot worse right after treatment, and that definitely happened, but they're dying, and that's amazing. Very helpful and responsive, and very reasonable pricing.

Willing to reschedule - came and sprayed outside quickly and efficiently. Disney even know they were here.

Reynolds does an amazing job with my house. They are especially responsive to help outside of normal service calls. We had an issue with ants and Reynolds spent time taking care of the issue without any extra charge. I’ve recommended them to several of my neighbors.
