Were so quick and helpful getting out the next day to remove any nests/birds that had taken home in our outdoor vents. They even installed new vents. Very nice guys!

Dan was great. He was thorough and dedicated to getting the job done. He caught two juvenile possums in our basement and secured the outside of the house where they seemed to enter. He was timely, kind, and overall easy to work with. We were very pleased!

Daniel and Zach were both amazing. Took care of some pesty nesting birds in a few of our vents, and replaced other vents to make them bird proof. Super professional and friendly. I consider them both friends now and would highly recommend Smoky Wildlfe Control and the both of them.

These guys are top notch! They are very professional, excellent at communication, and most importantly they solved the mole problem I had very quickly. Zion and Daniel were super professional. During our assessment they were Very honest about our options which in a really stressful situation made us feel more at peace about what needed to be done. It helped me trust them from the start and they continued to build trust. They always showed up when they said they would. Always kind and courteous to me, my wife and kids. They partnered with another company and made sure to check the other company’s work to ensure it was to their standards even tidying up a few things and going above and beyond. Smoky Wildlife was extremely helpful and affordable when squirrels made a home in our attic. They quickly took care of the problem and did a lot of education with us to help prevent any future instances for other animals. They were super quick to respond anytime an animal was found in a trap as well. They were very honest and we appreciated their integrity in that they did not try to oversell us on things unlike some other companies we initially called. Our family would highly recommend Smoky Wildlife!

Zion was great coming up to my house…I felt there was something in my attic because I heard scratching and he came out and took his time goin thru both my attics even though he didn’t find anything I appreciate him coming out…

Horrible customer service and complete disregard for the care of our local wildlife. Very rude over the phone and refused to help an endangered animal unless a $250 fee was paid. Completely ridiculous and I heavily advise against using this company.

Absolutely have no empathy for animals. They charge $250 to come save wildlife. I called because there was a opossum freezing, trapped in a cage I can't open. Slowly freezing to death and they could care less. How inhumane of a way to go...to suffer. They just want their money. This place doesn't stand to protect or rescue wildlife. Not unless you sign them a check. Lady was very rude on the phone like she wanted nothing to do with her job. **Update** They just called me back to take down this review. Very nasty and unprofessional man. He began very accusatory and started stonewalling me. Didn't even ask my side of the story. He started stating things he believed happened without allowing me to explain the situation at all. Interrupting me. Throwing out legal terminology when I tried to explain. Spoke over me claiming they didn't provide service so I can't write a review ( however taking a phone call is providing services. Especially if information is given out about wildlife rescue which is what they stand for and did. They supplied information. ) He then attempted to TELL me the situation, of what happened- even though he was not involved at all and is going off his disgruntled employee's opinion. He then expressed how they take payments because "no one saves animals for free" For those wondering of the opossum - A couple of kind hearted neighbors got together and freed the suffering animal. For free. **Further Update** Most unprofessional people I've ever heard. I would never call them for help regarding any wildlife scenario. The woman who answered my first call was very rude and uncaring. The next call was this nasty, aggressive man just interrupting and telling me what the story was after reading my review. Extremely hostile. Extremely accusatory. Just very unprofessional, unpleasant staff to talk to. Who don't seem to care at all how they talk to people. I did not deserve to be treated that way.

Zion was fantastic! He came to my house multiple times to identify, trap and remove a mama raccoon and her babies. He went above and beyond and did not try to up sell me on things I didn’t need. I hope to never need this service again since my heart can’t take worrying about animals. If I do need help though, I’m calling Smoky Wildlife!

Zion was nice and knowledgeable about the field. I very rarely hire anyone to perform services at my home but the squirrels in the attic were outside my skill set. He showed up quickly and set up a single trap outside. However, after three weeks of no success (which is not necessarily his fault), and me having to rebait and reset the trap multiple times myself, he suggested for me to put the trap in the attic and check it myself. None of which are monumental tasks but for a $450 squirrel service, I would expect to not have to catch the squirrels myself. After I suggested me buying a trap and doing the rest myself and asking for a partial (half) refund and him keeping the other half as a consult fee and for his time, Zion came and collected his trap with no warning or call before entering my property and no response to my proposal and refused any sort of resolution. Nice guy. Poor business practices with no result. Would not reuse this company or recommend to others.

Owner was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. I suspected we had a squirrel or two in attic. This company was one of three I called for an estimate and inspection. I decided to go with them after comparing information, reviewing estimates, and action plans to the job. His pricing was reasonable as well.
