VERY EXPENSIVE
Mike came out to do our quarterly inspection and routine spraying for pest. What a great, friendly guy who seems to enjoy what he does for Preventive Pest Control. I can't say enough about this company. They have a great reputation, honest employees with a level of competency that exceeds all other companies we've worked with. For quality work, I highly recommend this company for all your pest control needs.

I would recommend this business to everyone. They are very attentive to your needs. I had a bad earwig problem and they came several times to exterminate them within the first month of service. EDIT: The company that took over is not the same as Preventive. They are not concerned to the problem. I will NOT renew a contract

This crew is very well professional and knowledgeable in what they do, and they always take their time to explain to me what they are doing even with my crazy questions; anyways, they are a fantastic pest control company, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Clarkesville or Nashville area
After I committed to a contract they changed the type of service that would be performed. Not honest or upfront. Bad business practices.
The technician was professional, explained what he was doing and why.

Rarely leave a response, but your attendant came out, saturated the entire property with the spray (literally looked like it rained) and while my child's bike was partially in the garage and outside, he absolutely doused the back of the bike with his spray. Even other items in the driveway were absolutely soaked. I addressed it directly with him and his only response, "but it's not toxic". Real lack of professionalism.

Sending your guys at 9pm to ask about your business is horrible and especially when most of our houses have a no soliciting sign on our door. Not to mention your business has to have a goal permit for our neighborhood and when asked to see it he didn’t have it. We would appreciate it if you guys would stop this because it is becoming very annoying. Writing this on behalf of all of liberty park neighborhood in clarksville

Very aggressive sales force with poor attitudes. Rang doorbell and knocked incessantly because he saw us come home but refuse to answer the door. This is not the way to do business. We are a NO SOLICITATION neighborhood, and they don't care. Plenty of options with respectable staff elsewhere. Choose someone else.

Totally ignored the “No soliciting” signs that are clearly posted on my front door and both entrances to the neighborhood. Tried to feed me a line about “being authorized to go door to door because they are licensed by the city,” never mind that they are a Nashville company and I live in Clarksville, which is a 45 minute drive away.

They keep harassing our neighborhood, won't take no for an answer, continuously knocks & rings doorbell. I've told them no to their faces and yet they still come back. Also they came by one night at 8:00 p.m. when it was DARK outside and went around knocking on doors. It's scary.

If I could vote no star I would do so. These guys feel like scam artist with their cold walk up door to door. They cased my new neighborhood and literally stay on foot the entire day waiting for people to come home. They had the nerve to stop me as I was mowing my lawn and when I told him sorry I already have a company he continues to my front door to cram his business card in the front door. THIS IS MY HOUSE I just told you no.. now leave. They obviously don’t know the laws of trespassing. Plus I would think a professional pest control company would have their own domain apart of their email not just a gmail address. Not a good feeling from this company.

I have been trying to tell them that the flea product is not working and I started this flea prevention way before I noticed a flea problem to prevent this from happening. The lady that come to my house to sell me on this company told me that the product would kill them and would not have a flea infestation in my home or on my dogs. I have called them out 2 or 3 times and now they are in my house and they want me to pay them to treat my house for a $100.00 a room! I wouldn’t have this problem in my house if the product was doing what it was suppose to do in the first place! I am very upset and angry that my yard, the inside of my house and my dogs have fleas. My dogs are in a fence in backyard and they do not go outside that fence except to come back inside the house. So they never leave the treated area that they have treated. So below is a picture of the fleas after I had given my dog a bath and after the water has drained so I know she had lots more but they of course went down the drain and I have to do this two times a week which is not good for her skin! This makes me sick that I have payed money for this not to happen and it did and now they want me to pay to have my house treated because the product did not work on the outside so why am I going to pay extra if they can’t fix the big problem to begin with? Not able to post picture but probably about 15 fleas in the bottom of my bath tub.

Shady People - BEWARE!!! - These people have been lurking in our posted "no soliciting" neighborhood. Not just door knocking but looking over fences and snooping around houses when people aren't around. Caught them on my security cameras, retained nice crisp images just in case. That's not the way a reputable company conducts business.

Davis Rutter came to my house today. Immediately informed him I already had pest control and did not need any service. He started to tell me a story about my neighbors also had pest control and had some issue. I cut him off to tell him I was good, did not need new pest control, and asked him to leave. He continue to tell me the same story so I again asked him to leave and told him I would be calling the police for trespassing if he did not leave. He then refused to give me a business card so that I had to bend down to read the badge on his waist to get his name. Continued to insist he was "trying to leave" all the while never so much as moving a foot to leave my home. Took me over 3 minutes to get him to leave after asking to leave within 10 seconds of opening the door. Continued to tell me I was "jawing" at him while walking through my grass instead of using the walkway directly in front of him. Do not recommend you use this company.
