I'm not sure who is giving these guys 5 star reviews but they just quotes us over 800 dollars for a simple termite letter for a purchase of a home. I've bought and sold lots of homes before and 800 dollars is outrageous. I was expecting around 200 max. Unfortunately, I had to warn people because these prices are just not right. They said they dont separate the letter from the sentricon system and it had to be installed to get the letter. That makes 0 sense for a buyer who may back out. Thats m

We had our first service this last week and were very happy! Firstly, the woman whom I contacted and made an appointment with was the sweetest and friendliest lady! I enjoyed our conversation and the peace of mind she gave me that they were family operated and the most competitive with prices. They had a busy schedule but she made sure to get us in before 4th of July so we wouldn’t be without pest control that long. We were having issues with our annual black ants inside. I had used another company before, and they did a good job but they cost SO MUCH MORE. For a one time outside/kitchen/living area service it cost 80 bucks. Even their typical full indoor/outdoor service is only 150. The place I used before wanted 250 this year! Their technician was very polite and understood we have a newborn and kept the inside spraying to a minimum, only in the spots needed. Would recommend for the best pest service pric
