I'm not sure who is giving these guys 5 star reviews but they just quotes us over 800 dollars for a simple termite letter for a purchase of a home. I've bought and sold lots of homes before and 800 dollars is outrageous. I was expecting around 200 max. Unfortunately, I had to warn people because these prices are just not right. They said they dont separate the letter from the sentricon system and it had to be installed to get the letter. That makes 0 sense for a buyer who may back out. Thats m

For a one time outside/kitchen/living area service it cost 80 bucks. Even their typical full indoor/outdoor service is only 150. The place I used before wanted 250 this year!
