While the services are strong. They are very difficult when it comes to the "contract" The sales rep gives you incorrect information related to a cancellation fee and then no response. This is a consistent issue with the company according to their file on the BBB. I must say, I have never written a bad review for anyone. I only write positive reviews, but the lack of transparency by this company has brought me a clear indication to share. The sales people are extremely push to get you to sign but do not follow up on promises. Bad business.

Not only do they relentlessly knock on your door after repeatedly asking them not to open the gate and let the dogs out. They will then relentlessly pressure you until you "sign" I SIGNED NOTHING. They had us switch to their services and during that time our house was infested with roaches that we are still trying to get rid of with a reputable company and they still charge me $250 for canceling a "contract". I signed nothing. Beware of these scammers

It’s not uncommon to see increased pest activity shortly after this first visit, as the treatment targets hidden areas and disrupts pest nesting sites.<br><br>The next scheduled service—targeting the egg cycle—was set for September 5, 2025, but did not occur due to the account being canceled prematurely. As part of our 3-step signup process, all customers review the agreement verbally, receive a copy via email, and confirm via text. The early termination fee of $250 was applied based on this agreement.<br><br>However, as a goodwill gesture, we’ve waived the early termination fee and your account is now closed with no remaining balance. Buyer Beware. I was working in my front yard when an Ecoshield salesperson entered my yard and told me that they work with my neighbor and that the neighbor suggested they speak with me about treating my property. I was open to it, and I fell for the story about them working with my neighbor. In reality, they were just canvasing the neighborhood using this scheme to gain trust. They came to treat my property, which was supposed to be done both inside and outside. The technician did not offer to treat inside and did a poor job of treating the outside, and numerous cobwebs were left around my property, including no treatment to the garage. I called to complain, and they sent out another technician, who was supposed to be a manager. This technician told me that the first technician should have also treated the inside. This second technician, after hearing my complaints about the first technician, treated my property, including the inside. He did an equally poor job on the outside and again left numerous cobwebs on the buildings. I called and canceled the service, as it is not worth $159 a treatment. They then tried to charge me $250 for canceling their inept service, which I refused to pay. They then sent the account to collections, but used my wife's name for collections, as her credit card was used for the payment. My name is on the agreement, so now we have to go to court to contest this and prevent their unethical practices from impacting the credit of someone who didn't even contract the service. I spoke to several people at the company, and these people are the worst. Do not use Ecoshield for anything. They will not only rip you off, they will try to harm your credit if you don't continue paying for them to do substandard work.

Ecoshield sales man lied to my husband saying I wanted the service which was a lie also told him we could cancel at anytime with no problem which was also a lie cost $200 something to cancel. This is ridiculous! Yall need to tell the sales people no means no and to not be lying to folks.

Joy was a pleasure to speak with and helped me find a solution to my problem in a speeedy fashion. But this company was very predatory. The reviews are high because when you call them to cancel the contract they sneak onto you, the call representative asks you to fill a google review while you wait. Very very shady practices!

SHADY SOLICITORS!!! Rang our door bell and proceeded to lean on our home and take photos while out of town. I’m on the cities “no solicitation” list. I’ve emailed them as requested, they replied that the local branch manager would be notified and that is all I heard from EcoShield.

Tyler came by today for my service. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I appreciate his professionalism and how thorough he was. ***Edit*** The folks I worked with in person were all nice, but the company is not transparent with pricing. When I called to cancel my service it was hard to make contact with anyone, which surprised me given how accessible they seemed to be initially. If/when I need this service again I’ll look for another company. Also, the technician asks for a review immediately after service which was always pleasant. I recommend digging deeper than google reviews to get an honest impression of this company.

Used to be really happy with EcoShield but I’m looking for a new company. Asked our tech to check our mosquito bucket last week and just went out to find it in several pieces. Not happy being charged for something that’s not being done. Update: after calls with several reps we were able to cancel the account. They claim this mosquito service was done on 10/21. These buckets are empty and should be full of mosquito treatment. I sent video of their employee hanging around his truck and eventually spraying something on our trees, then filling the sprayer with his water hose. They take no responsibility for this. Stay away.

I can understand an individual wanting to make living I can respect that however. What I cannot appreciate nor tolerate is somebody disrespting my property I have no trespassing signs posted and a no soliciting sign posted on my door. So my question is why should I give a company like Ecoshield by business when they will not respect my property nor my no trespassing signs not my no soliciting signs????

I came home to find them on my property. They had sprayed my lawn even though I’m not a customer. Service tech was in my drive. Was asked to move so I could get into my garage. As he exited my drive he hit and broke my cap on my entrance. Took down information and spoke with Andrew in Nashville office numerous times. He set up two appointments with me after I called numerous times for someone to come fix it and they never showed. He and the company are now ghosting us. I call almost daily and get their call center in India and then get told no one is in the office to transfer to.
