Unfortunately we weren't home when the technician arrived to treat our perimeter. However, thus far we have been very satisfied with the service provided and the communications via text, email and follow up.

We have been clients for over six years and they have always been great! Professional, on time, always do a great job. James listened to our concerns.

If I could give a zero star I would. This company was great at first and the sales guy said they would come out every month at $45 every month but billed bi-monthly at $90 . I really started to notice after about 4 months in they stopped coming around every month and coming bi-monthly and still get billed $90 I called them out on it about 5 months when they came and billed me the $90 after I paid the $90 the month prior so they dropped that charge. Feb 17 I paid the $90 when they came, great right , well they didn’t come in march but they came April 25 a Saturday after he was done I got billed $90 and I called and said you guys didn’t come in march so why am I being charged so I don’t think the lady understood so I didn’t pay kept getting texts about payment so I text back and said have a supervisor call me when he did i explained it to him and he said I was on a Bi-monthly service, when the hell did that happen meaning they come out every 2 months and billed $90 yeah that’s not what was told to me every month they come every bi-monthly it’s $90 , he was nope you are on a bi-monthly plan. Seems like he didn’t care at what I said what was told to me. I suggest go to Lowe’s get your own sprayer and buy the concentrate stuff from Amazon the same stuff these pest companies use and over charge you. Dump this company and don’t sign up.

New review: incredibly frustrated. They keep sending a tech to my house that I have asked not to return (and looking at the other reviews I can tell I’m not alone in not wanting this tech here). There is a note in my account saying not to let the tech come here. Twice that has been ignored. Thankfully they’re being acquired because the acquiring company seems to care more than Pure Guard. I don’t have words for mad I am at Pure Guard right now. Old review (Santos is not the tech from the new review, still stand by him being great): I have been extremely pleased with using Pure Guard over the past year plus. Great group of people who make things easy to understand, are always responsive and very dependable. Santos has been my tech the last few months and is the perfect example of what you hope for when a service tech comes to your house—nice, quick, efficient, thorough and he hears you. He is willing to talk through areas of concern and game plan a solution.

Fabian was wonderful. He sent a 45 minute heads up before he came, and they also sent a reminder the week before. He was very thorough de webbing the property and spraying the house for pest prevention. He was respectful and had a cheerful attitude. I have not seen any pests since PureGuard started treating my house back in July. I feel relieved that it’s natural products and safe around my children and pets. 10/10 recommend!

Not sure if it’s Pure Guard or David’s issue but the communication has been poor. I was notified an hour in advance that they would’ve at my house but they didn’t come until 2.5 hours later. And if you want the inside of your house sprayed, you have to be present and we had several errands to run. A little frustrating because we are seeing ants and roaches due to the season change. Would love Pure Guard to tighten up communication.

I had a great experience with PureGuard Pest Solutions. Anthony was my technician and did a very thorough job de-webbing the exterior and setting up barriers inside and out. I really appreciate that he checked the rodent stations and gave me a clear update that there was no activity. Professional, punctual, and highly recommended!

I started having this company come spray my house in the spring of 2025. After (2) incidents of not completing a full spraying services for which I was charged for, I decided to cancel the contact. I sent them video of a tech just spreading whatever around the exterior of the property and leaving. The completed notes stated the garage, interior, wall voids, weep holes were treated and I was charged for. I sent them Ring camera footage of the event and charged $120 for the incomplete spraying and $155 for cancelation. After sending them the footage I received an email that they had been trying to get in touch with me which is false. I differently would not ever recommend Pure Guard service for anything!

If I can give a zero star I would!! One of the worse companies ever!! More like a scam. Expensive for no reason and they did not even come and spray my whole lawn, just the front lawn and left the backyard untouched. When I called to cancel they told me it was going to be $150 than the next person said it will be $200 than the next person said it will be $280!! And there was nothing I can do but pay that $280 to cancel it. And even after all the payments were done and everything was canceled. They still manage to charge me again this month! Do not hire this company. They are just the worse choice to make. Also the sale man that came to our door lied about everything and told us there wouldn’t be any contract and that it will only be a one time thing and we will just have to pay $65 for one time inspection but we ended up having to pay every month. And when I called to tell them about what happened, they just dismissed me until I had no choice but to cancel and having to pay $280. The sale man that came to the door name was Braydon Williams
