Everything was great overall. He was very professional, kind, and patient with me while I was managing getting my child with a disability off the bus during the service. The only concern I had was that my dog became sick not long after the treatment, which made me a bit worried about the chemicals used. I understand this may or may not be related, but I wanted to share the experience. Otherwise, the service itself was handled very well and I appreciated the professionalism.

I’ve had a generally positive experience with Axiom Pest Control. Their customer service has been great—very responsive, easy to get in touch with, and always willing to answer questions or come out when needed. That level of communication and professionalism definitely stands out. However, the reason for the 3-star rating comes down to pricing. When I originally signed up, I was told that my price would not change. Recently, I asked about adding tick and flea spray, and was informed that the bundle I was originally sold is no longer available. Instead, I would have to pay an additional $99 for what I wanted. That was pretty disappointing, especially given the expectation that pricing would remain consistent. While the service itself has been solid, the change in pricing and lack of honoring the original bundle makes it hard to rate higher. So their customer service got a hold of me and was concerned about the review so they went over the bill with me. Tried to offer me $10 off to $99 plan. I’m still not happy with that originally the guy who sold us the plan that was door-to-door told us that it would be covered and we just discovered that it is not however I want to do an edit to say that customer service got a hold of me really exceptional service but unfortunately this still can’t be a five star review but they are a good company EDIT————— Edit/Update: After posting this review, customer service reached out to me directly to go over my concerns. I want to recognize that their response was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful—they took the time to explain everything and clearly care about their customers. Because of that experience, I’ve increased my rating by one star. Unfortunately, we were still not able to fully resolve the underlying issue. I don’t place direct blame on the company, as not every door-to-door representative will know every detail of pricing and services, but it is still disappointing.

Purchased the 90 day guarantee roach flush for $600 beginning of December and I've had nothing but trouble since. They will pull mo ey from your card for random amounts unauthorized. Their products do not work! Its been almost 3 myhs now and nothing has died its actually gotten worse! I was told previously by a Mgr that if by the 90 days I still have them they will keep coming till they are gone, but today was told the guarantee was only that they would "treat" for 90 days and they would not continue to come out that I would have to pay another $600 and start another 90 day flush... how does that make since? Do not use this company they are apparently scammers!!!

Technician stated that he came on property and performed service for my home during the ice storm of 2026. My property shows no signs of be entered. Gate is still iced closed but I received an invoice and statement showing different. I will not recommend this company to anyone. This technician is a liar. This company hides behind the contract and feels as if they can provide mediocre service and support due to you being under contract

Man after reading some of these reviews I am realizing the guys who come to my house dont do anything besides spray outside and thats it. They have been to the house twice and we still have bugs and I even told him where spider webs and a bees nest was and they didnt do anything about it. Update: after writing this review axiom realized we were upset with the service so my wife and I assumed they couldn't possibly do a half assed job again. The technician came today sprayed the front of my house and left. What a scam!

Would not recommend. Claim to be the best, but that is only if you get the correct technician each time. Some take 30 mins of prep, some 7 minutes. Different service each time and the most expensive service is Nashville. If you try to cancel before a year it’s $299. Hope this helps.

Extremely unsatisfying service. They came two times without telling us. They said they worked outside house while the problem inside. They still charged us despite our request for cancellation. Very poor communication. I don’t recommend to anyone.

I have had them for a few months now and the crew taking care of my house doesn't do anything. They never spray or sprinkle whatever it was that sold me on their services. They lay down glue traps and I still see activity. They haven't even shown up this month and charged me for there services, if you can even claim that it's a service. I have been told how great they were but probably not in Tullahoma.

The company did great during their first treatment. Second treatment they didnt do half of what we paid for and didnt even talk to us when they came by. We had to call them to come back and do the rest of the treatment. Then our account was just gone from the system and we heard nothing from them for months. And now they send us a bill for twice our agreed upon fees even while receiving no treatments, no emails or updates from them, just to find out they're terminating our account and trying to make us pay for it. Extremely unprofessional business and subpar service, waste of time and money on our part. Edit to add that I'd like to see people come back and update their reviews as they were offering discounts for reviews. Most of these reviews are on sign up/ initial treatments which we too had a great experience yet here we are months later and would never recommend axiom.

Avoid this company at all cost. I signed up for both regular pest service and mosquito flee and tick. After multiple visits we saw no improvement across the outside and inside of the house even after multiple re-visits. We found out we were moving and our service did not carry over to that state, hence prompting me to cancel. Even with these uncontrollable events the I was charged 2 seperate $300 cancellation fees with no attempt to try and provide customer service to mitigate despite request. There are better options that look after their customers better out there.

So, basically I was forced to sign up. I told the salesman multiple times to leave that I had to talk to the rest of my household members as we split the bills. I was told "be the man of the house and just signup" - Rudy. So reluctantly I sign up to give them a try. Well boy oh boy, they have come twice, now and once being roughly 3 weeks ago and then they tried to come out 1 week after the service and recharge me to do ANOTHER service. I have tired to call, was put on hold while they transfered me to an "account specialist" where I proceed to wait 20 mins on hold just to have the original answer of the calls. He told me that they were all busying and told me that I would receive a phone call within the day. Welp here I am almost 2 weeks after the call still waiting for a call back. Ive put my account on hold so they can keep charging my account. GREAT customer service. I will be returning to Salea pest control thanks for opening my eyes to a horribly ran pest control service.

Extremely Unprofessional and Ineffective Pest Control Service – Would Not Recommend I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Axiom Pest Control over the last two months, and I feel compelled to share my story so others don’t go through the same. Despite multiple visits (three in total), there has been absolutely no improvement in the insect problem at my property. I continue to see pests near the windows, inside the home, and across the deck—the exact areas they were supposed to treat. Their technician came each time, stayed briefly, but the situation remained exactly the same. It's baffling that a professional pest control company would fail so repeatedly. But what’s worse than the ineffective treatment is the lack of accountability and communication. I sent two detailed emails outlining the issue, asking for a full refund and cancellation of the service. I got zero response. When I called, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful—he kept interrupting me, refused to answer basic questions, and simply scheduled another visit without my consent. I explicitly asked for the service to be canceled and for my money to be refunded, but he wouldn't explain any refund process and simply repeated that “it has to go through the system.” To this day, I have received no written confirmation, no follow-up, and no resolution. I gave them multiple chances to fix this issue. Instead of standing behind their service, they ignored my concerns, failed to deliver results, and treated my request for resolution with indifference. Summary of my experience: 3 visits over 2 months with no results No response to two formal complaints by email Rude and unprofessional customer service Refused to explain refund or cancellation process Complete failure to resolve the issue despite repeated communication I am left with the same pest problem, a wasted investment, and a lot of unnecessary stress. If you're looking for real pest control results and a company that values its customers, look elsewhere.
