Stephen Welch has been my Orkin tech for over 35 years.He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, informative,thorough and completely dependable. He goes out of his way to protect our home and property and he is outstanding in making us aware of other issues we may have that he has discovered during his treatment/inspection rounds. Do not hire for insulation. We had Orkin come out and replace the insulation in our attic and crawl space in July. Paid a large chunk of money for the service. Now, in September, we are working to sell our house. The inspector came out and looked in the crawl space to find insulation hanging down (old and new), the old insulation that Orkin was supposed to replace with encapsulated insulation still in sections of the crawl space, and damage to my vapor barrier from Orkin's service workers being

I’m waiting to see if it does anything! I guess the one spray kills everything! So I’ll know in a week if I just wasted my money and need to go with another company!! I thought y’all said y’all get all the spider webs from inside and outside the house! If I’m still seeing nats and spiders and ants after a week, do I get my money back?
