DOA Pest Service has been great! With so much going on, I reached out to Christina 2-3 times over the course of a couple of months with questions about the Sentricon system, treatment options, etc. Each time, she was informative and responsive to my questions about this method of termite prevention (vs. Termidor), DOA’s experience, etc. — but not pushy at all. Their prices are very competitive compared to a couple of other pest control companies that I called, but it was really Christina’s professionalism and patience with my questions (😊) that sold me. After I decided to go for it, Nick installed the Sentricon bait stations and applied the pest control treatment within a few days. Nick was great as well — knowledgeable and friendly…and despite the heat, was also patient with my questions about bait station placement. I’ve been meaning to get a termite contract in place for a while, and certainly felt peace of mind about protecting my home after DOA’s service. Thank you, Christina and Nick!

I was excited to begin our exterminator/pest control service with this company as they are family owned and operated. The initial meeting was very pleasant. The gentleman discussed the services they provide, asked various questions in regards to our current vendor and discussed many options that are available if I utilized their services. I love helping the small business owner and decided to switch to them. I was quite pleased as they came out the following day for a full service. It went seamless, and the two gentlemen that provided the service were very friendly and cordial.
