Horrible service. Doesn’t work. This company also does not conform to pest control weather laws, where they require wind speeds to be below 15 MPH. They spray anyways on higher wind speed days, and will treat too close around the rain, making their treatment even less effective. Don’t waste your money here.

The Tennessee Department of Agriculture requires us to put a small turf marker in the yards we treat after each service. However, since we only put them in client yards, we aren’t sure why you would have one. As we only started our spray season today, the signs may have come from a different Mosquito Joe office. Use someone else. I've been using these guys for 4 months (application every 2 weeks) after moving into a new house and had to repeatedly call back for retreatment. There was one great technician who did a thorough job (on the retreatment) but the rest have been horrible, typically treating only ~20% of the property (1 acre) at most, spending more time sitting inside their car than performing the actual treatment. There are cameras on the property and my mother-in-law also observes this every time. Save your hard earned money and hire someone else, especially @ $110-120 per "treatment." I hate writing a bad review but I really hate paying for a service that I am not receiving. I'd even give it at least 3 stars if the product being applied was ineffective but they aren't even trying.

We actually use our yard again! We're not 100% mosquito free, but MJ has made a big difference. The absolute best part of using them, though, is the customer service. There's never a wait for a reply, and they're always working to keep their customers happy. Highly recommend Mosquito Joe of Southwest Nashville.

Massively disappointed. Spent over $1000 to have them treat for the entire season and it didn’t do anything at all. I called several times to let them know and they were always nice and sent someone back out but at the end of the day the service just doesn’t work. My son and I get ravaged every time we step outside. EXTREMELY disappointed, huge waste of money.

My wife scheduled this mosquito treatment for our entire backyard and side and front porch of the house. Long story short Andy sprayed less than five minutes because the work order was for shrubs only. My wife wanted the entire yard sprayed. Not his fault but the controller. Mosquitoes are still rampant. No help. Called to discontinue service. Worst ever. We have whole house cameras outside for proof which they requested. We should not have to go out of our way we are the client. Our word is or should be trusted. I watched the whole thing. Never again. Going with a local trusted source that I know will communicate and spray our yard effectively. Horrible experience with the Joe’s.

The owners of this Mosquito Joe’s showed blatant nepotism and cultural appropriation to my Hawaiian heritage. The training is also horrible, all they do is use Zillow to map out your estimate and it is not precise. If talk to different people you will get different prices. Would not recommend.

I don't recommend this company if you have outside pets, they charge me $89 because my dog was outside and they show up in the middle of the day, I have to work and have told them to give me a realistic window, unlike 7am to 8pm. also that day the weather showed rain but they still showed up and call me 30 minutes before showing up at my house.

We have many pet-owning clients and usually coordinate treatment schedules with them with great success. Because of the repeated and extenuating circumstances of your particular case, for the first and last time in the history of our company, we billed for non-service. As we understood it, prior to this when we discussed the problem you understood that you would be charged for the service if we could not treat again after scheduling a tech and driving out to your property. Once we realized you were unhappy with the charge, we refunded your payment. We hoped that the refund would help!
