Always contact me to remind me of the day they will come. The individual that is spraying contacts me and keeps in contact with me all through the process. Leo was great! Listens to me about what I have noticed around my house. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a pest control provider.

Unresponsive/impossible to get a hold of. Never answer their phones or emails.
It's a terrible business practice sending your employees into neighborhoods that are posted no soliciting.. we have signs at both entrances and on our individual homes for a reason and they still knock and disturb our napping children, our work , and our peace. This is not the first time Insight, specifically has knocked on my door and been told to leave us alone.
Service is worse then last pest company. Then I unknowingly signed a contract thinkingnit was just to treat my home one time. They won't let you out of it so now I'm forced to use a terrible company. Will report to bbb
This is the worst pest control ever. Their technician will send message that he is coming and I will waste several hours waiting, but no show. Inside of the house had never been treated. Technician claim he had treated outside once. I spent almost $600 and supplies to treat the roaches myself. Despite all this they have billed me $530 for doing absolutely nothing at all. I will never recommend this firm to friends even if their services are free! Super upset!!!!!
Was at the house earlier 1pm talking about rates and my roommate said we would think about it and get back to him but asked for some deodorant to use??? Then at 8:30pm comes back with another person and I explain that will haven't had the chance to talk since I just got back home, they wanted some water so I invite them into the entry way and say I'll be right back, they then follow me across the house into the kitchen while leaving the door wide open!!! I didnt notice until walking them out that they left it open. Following someone across their house is a big enough red flag when visiting multiple times in a day and this late but leaving my door open as well is the cherry on top that I do not trust this business and will never use or recommend them.
I have a No Solicitation sign in my window. Your worker acknowledged he saw it but decided to knock and ring my bell anyways. Please teach your workers what that means. Then proceeded to walk across my lawn onto my neighbors lawn and knock on his door who ALSO has a no Solicitation sign.
Only serviced me 1 time then wanted continue charging me for nothing and after Thier yard service the bugs got worse would not recommend
They came for the initial visit and have not came back since. I paid extra with the intention of paying ahead after every service, but they never came back and keep sending me bills. I informed them they have breeched contract by failure to complete their service, I was unable to speak with a manager and they have since called me regarding my bill and I informed them I had already spoken with someone and asked for my contract to be canceled, the rep stated it was still pending management review and that was a month prior. They keep sending me bills, but at this point they owe me money.
Absolute garbage company! Serviced my home one time but charged me 3 times and will not answer numerous phone calls, emails and chats. Cannot cancel future services via their website and cannot get in touch with anyone to help me! Horrible customer service. One person reached out to me but only asked me why I was unhappy with their services, but did not offer any kind of solution or help cancel future services. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I am to the point that I'm considering driving to their office to try to speak to a person to get this resolved. Will never use them again or suggest them to anyone else. Also very suspicious that they have zero bad reviews, so they are definitely deleting bad reviews to make themselves look good.
