Always had a great experience with staff whether calling or talking with Ethan, the team member that treats my property! They’re always friendly, efficient, willing to answer any questions, and respectful of your home and property. I’ve been using them for about a year and a half now. Have had issues with wasps infesting my attic and getting into my house, spiders and other pests in the home, and mice before and all problems have disappeared since my property being regularly serviced.
Aaron was very thorough and patient when it came to my mom’s apartment. He was nice and understanding as well. I highly recommend

Ethan is such a nice guy, always professional and goes above and beyond to take care of our home. It’s a blessing to know we are protected from pests.
This business is not good with Customer Service and they continue to charge me for services that are not provided. I called and ask to speak to a manager to stop service and they told me I was locked in for a year even though they never show up. I have been in Middle TN for 24 years and would never recommend using this business.
They send people to your door over and over again after you tell them to stop coming as you already have another service. I had to tell the guy to please walk away as he woundn't. They need to stop doing this.

They don't turn off your payments when contract is done and even after you call several times to request.

This company kept giving us different information such as yes you're in our service area, being northern Bedford County while looking at Google and telling me what cross roads where we're located, to calling back and saying we're 1 mile outside their coverage, to saying they would send someone; Blake, out yo give us a quote who never showed up and never called to let us know to us having to call when he was an hour late only to find out he wasn't coming, to finally getting a quote of $750 by a text message, to us calling them to verify the amount to speaking with DJ who finally set the date that Blake would come out, give us a quote, then stay to do the job which it was PLAINLY explained to DJ what we needed done and when which was October 31st. Blake showed up, never went inside our garage only saw what was blocking the garage door which was on purpose to deter anyone from coming in to steal if they saw the front garage door blocked. Our junk removal company was running late and Blake refused to wait even though it was PLAINLY explained it would be an all day project. I called DJ, he had seemed to forget put discussion previously and said Blake had other customers to service. So Blake left without doing any decontamination services. Thank goodness we had not prepaid the quoted $750. BUYER BEWARE. THEY'RE NOT SURE WHERE THEIR SERVICE AREA IS AND CAN'T REMEMBER CONVERSATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS! After reading your response again more things that were not true. I never told Blake to wait that long. I never said I had no intention to pay your company. If Blake had done his job, I would of paid you, your comment made it sound as if I never intended to pay for your services. I said I was glad I did not pre pay the $750 texted quote. So don't make me, us, sound like bad people. We're good, honest people, all we wanted was a service to be done. Another example, your response, is why we wouldn't ever choose to use your services. Of course Blake and DJ are going to cover themselves. That's ok, we'll handle our own decontamination.

While we did attempt to address your service needs, it appears that there were miscommunications along the way. The property was not ready to be serviced when the technician arrived. He was told by you to wait for 4-5 hours till the garage was clean before providing our service. While we do try to accommodate customer request, we cannot spend 4-5 hours waiting around for the worksite to be prepped. It was also Halloween and the request would have prevented Blake from spending time with his children for the holiday. You also run a small, family business and you know how important it is to have a healthy work/life balance. After our conversation, you mentioned that you would like this service free anyway and had no intention of paying us either way.<br><br>Please know that your experience is not reflective of the standards we hold ourselves to. We value your feedback and would like the opportunity to make this right and you denied. If you’re open to it, we invite you to reach out directly so we can address your concerns further.
A little overpriced for what it is compared to other pest control services. I called to get billing reduced and they started charging me $128 a month. Their bills don’t include their service dates, so I’m not sure what services I’m paying for and I haven’t seen them at my house in a while. Their billing portal looks like it’s from 1998. They are more communicative about collecting money than about the service itself. Don’t recommend. Good news is there are a LOT of other options for pest control as this must be a high margin profitable business model.

After the technicians sprayed my garden, it seems that situation got worst, I see more spiders and spider webs. What kind of treatment did they use, something to create more problems on spiders?

The people are friendly and professional. and after a few bumps we have been spider free.
Service person was rude and not cooperative. service was not completed and I called the company to send a different service person.
